Words cannot describe this magical venue- you have to see it to believe it! It's literally breathtaking. The staff were amazing from the early communication to my day of event manager (the two ladies helped me A LOT!). Amanda was someone who I worked with on my multiple visits and she is an absolute gem! The staff helped make my vision a reality and even a month later, people are still raving about our wedding. The venue is so gorgeous (think double deck cabin style) that it needs minimalist decor (they even have a rental room you can use for the decor) because the scenery is more than enough for pictures. The layout of your event is very up to you with multiple options for where you would want the ceremony to be held. I loved using the patio for the ceremony (gorgeous trees as the backdrop), then held the reception inside (main level with bar deck), and had the dancing back out on the patio (the staff cleared the space but left chairs and benches along the outer rim). The nearby fire pit was perfect for a s'mores station and the side of the building has a nice grassy lawn where guests also enjoyed corn hole. The bridal suite is of good size with a full bathroom and a private deck (my ladies and I enjoyed our morning to the fullest), and then there are two other smaller suites (we did groom suite and the other room was to co-mingle). The staff let me plan multiple week day visits prior to my official planning meeting so that I could get measurements for things, scope out the layout and really get my vision put together on my time. My family and friends all loved staying in the treehouses (what a cool experience itself!). The bar is included with the venue (AMAZING packages with more options included in each than I have seen anywhere else- even with the basic package) so I just had to focus on the decor and the food (catering and desserts). You do only get the venue the day-of unless you luck out and pay for early set-up the day prior (I got lucky with my Saturday wedding and was able to come in Friday to decorate but they are normally booked with Friday weddings). Lots of parking made it convenient for guests. I included multiple photos (credit to Travis Lontoc) to help give an idea of the space and how we used it.

Hotel Cleveland was an incredible venue for our Friday night welcome event, room block, and after party. From the start, the staff was quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and productive in working with us to plan our special weekend. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the renovations are stunning, with a unique and upscale aesthetic that provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. When we encountered an issue with our original event space, the team quickly recalibrated and moved us to another gorgeous area of the hotel, ensuring our welcome event went off without a hitch. The staff was extremely pleasant and attentive throughout the entire event, as well as our guests in the room block. We could not have asked for a more beautiful, unique, and updated venue to host our guests across the wedding weekend. We highly recommend Hotel Cleveland to any couple looking for an upscale and memorable wedding experience.

I’m so happy we chose The Everly for our special day! Cheryl (our wedding and day of coordinator) was incredible to work with. She did such an amazing job making sure that everything was running smoothly on the day of, and made sure that our wedding was everything we had hoped for every step of the way - we truly could not have done this without her! I could seriously write a dissertation on how every member of the staff is amazing, but I need to touch on the venue itself. Pictures truly don’t do it justice - which is saying something, considering every picture of it is breathtaking. The ceremony space, reception space, and the cocktail hour area all came together so beautifully. It truly helps that the venue itself is so lovely on its own, but having the ability to customize it really helped tie everything together. I hope that I can edit this review to add photos of our reception space once I get them back from our photographer so you can see exactly what I’m talking about! If you’re a type A person like me who wanted a venue that is secluded but isn’t literally in the middle of nowhere, that you can customize, AND has an incredible team, PLEASE go with The Everly! I seriously can’t recommend them enough. (Also worth mentioning - they also have an indoor ceremony space option. A shocking amount of venues do not have alternatives in case you get rained out! The indoor option is so beautiful it almost makes me wish the weather on our wedding day wasn’t so sunny and amazing)

We toured the venue and met the staff who were very friendly and professional, and we worked mainly with Livia through the planning process. With each step Livia offered great advice and feedback to help us make sure our day went as smoothly as possible. From suggesting trustworthy vendors to helping with day of setup, Livia and the staff helped take out some of the major headaches of wedding planning. What really stood out to us was the freedom to choose our own vendors. There were no hoops to jump through, no extra fees, and a plethora of decorations provided by the venue at no additional cost. We had our dream wedding and we could not have done it without the help and expertise of the kind and helpful staff at Orchard Hills. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to rent for any event.
