The turn of the century brick building, originally a wholesale grocery warehouse, was built by Augustus Chapel King who founded and operated The King Grocery Company. Hey! We’re Mike & Rae Luther. We love food and family. Raising four boys made us appreciate wide open spaces and fun places to play even more - so you'll find incredible food, amazing drinks and acres full of fun in The Stix. Minutes away from our home, we wanted a place to hang with our boys, catch up with family friends or make the most of a weeknight dinner together, and a place where the community could do the same. We met an incredible partner, Don Day, who helped us bring our vision to life, and today hundreds of people come to The Stix for ol’ fashion fun. Inspired by some of our favorite watering holes in College Station, Austin and lots of mountain towns, we've created your new favorite hangout - we may all live in "the sticks" but that doesn’t mean we can’t have lots of fun!
