The most important things to begin with is that Cypress Creek Farmhouse will provide you everything that you are look for as far as phenomenal location, and that the owners Tay and Craig and their staff are Amazing, Kind, Authentic, professionals, who have a true passion for the amazing job they do. All of these qualities are matched by their true interest in making sure that you have the event and location and day of your dreams. Cypress Creek Farmhouse was our first pick out of many locations from the very beginning simply based on the pictures on the website due to the gorgeous natural beauty of the location and the classy features of the buildings, which in every way meets and exceed the needs for each aspect of our wedding. The location provides options for how and where you would want your events to take place. After a conversation with Tay who from the very start showed true enthusiasm, kindness and in-depth knowledge of every aspect of wedding planning, we met to view Cypress Creek Farmhouse . This is when we were able to see and feel that this was the location for our special day as soon as we saw the stunningly beautiful premises. During the whirlwind 3 month process, Tay and her staff took time on a frequent basis to provide us with recommendations, reminders, and made accommodations to make the wedding planning and wedding day a seamless and perfect one. Tay, Craig and Joyce and their team were able to provide multiple suggestions for wedding planning details that we may not have thought of and that met our budget. 1010 West

5.0

Orlando, FL
  • Up to 250 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Indoor
  • Starts at $3,000

Today, nestled behind this early 1900's storefront, (we left the outside just the way we found it), you'll find Orlando's most unique event space imaginable. Some are calling it "The Hidden Hanger" and others, "The Speakeasy". We just call it 1010 WEST. Step through the old metal gates and you'll discover the rustic and industrial, yet warm environment of a space revitalized from a turn of the century airplane hangar. Speakeasies may no longer be illegal, but their hard-to-find entrances gives a sense of exhilaration when walking down a dimly lit alleyway and passing through nondescript gates into a subterranean world of tinkling glasses and spirited history of our hidden hangar.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Space for a large guest list
  • Combines timeless elegance with history
  • Designed for grand celebrations

Venue considerations

  • Not for you if you are drawn to more unconventional venues
  • Not for you if you prefer a more modern aesthetic
  • Large venue, not ideal for small guest lists
1010 West was the perfect venue for our wedding day. The staff was incredibly polite, helpful and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. They took care of all the setup, breakdown and cleanup, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day. The venue itself has such a unique character and historic charm - it provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. The team expertly handled the timeline and floor plan, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The staff was so caring and kind, making our guests feel right at home in this beautiful space. We're so grateful to 1010 West for helping make our wedding day truly unforgettable.

Florida's wedding venues give you access to everything from breathtaking coastal views to enchanting garden paradises. With 1,350 miles of coastline, historic estates and tropical gardens at your fingertips, the Sunshine State transforms your ceremony from an intimate gathering into a truly grand celebration.

Why Consider Florida for Your Wedding?

Florida's diverse landscapes create exceptional backdrops for your special day. Paradise Cove in Orlando offers waterfront settings with lush gardens and even provides a private boat shuttle for you and your guests, accommodating up to 300 people. Bakers Ranch near Tampa delivers all-inclusive packages with touches of Southern elegance that make planning easier. Most couples start their venue search about 13 months before their wedding date, with November being the busiest month for inquiries.

How Much Do Florida Wedding Venues Cost?

Your wedding budget in Florida typically scales with guest count:

  • 50 guests: $19,395
  • 100 guests: $32,141
  • 150 guests: $44,126
  • 200 guests: $54,841
  • 250 guests: $65,555
  • 300 guests: $76,270

You'll find the average venue costs around $7,110 which represents 16% of your total wedding budget. This typically ranges from $6,400 to $7,800 - actually coming in below the national benchmark of $6,500-$12,000 where venues usually eat up 25% of total costs.

Where Are Florida's Most Accessible Wedding Venues?

Paradise Cove gives you wheelchair-friendly spaces throughout the entire property. If oceanfront views matter to you, Crowne Plaza Melbourne Oceanfront provides accessible spaces with beautiful beachside ceremony options and covered reception areas that accommodate groups from 10 to 250 guests. Bakers Ranch can host your celebration whether you're planning for 50 or 200 guests and comes with comprehensive amenities.

Which Florida Venues Offer Exceptional Remote Experiences?

Little Palm Island Resort in the Florida Keys creates unique virtual experiences with live chats and message boards so your remote guests feel included. Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon offers virtual tours and interactive messaging platforms that bring everyone together. SunQuest Cruises in Miramar Beach gives you 360-degree video capabilities for truly immersive experiences while Bakers Ranch incorporates virtual reality letting remote attendees "walk through" the venue just like they were there.

What Culinary Experiences Stand Out at Florida Wedding Venues?

The Gulf on Okaloosa Island offers custom-crafted menus paired with gorgeous seaside views. For true luxury The Villa Casa Casuarina formerly owned by Gianni Versace provides upscale dining through Gianni's at the Villa. The Reef Restaurant in St. Augustine features beachfront seafood options while Chops Lobster Bar in Boca Raton delivers exceptional steakhouse service for your reception.

How Should You Plan Around Florida's Weather?

Florida's climate means you need to consider hurricane season running from June through November. Look for venues with covered outdoor areas that maintain aesthetic appeal during sudden rain showers. Properties with climate-controlled indoor spaces offer seamless transitions when weather changes unexpectedly so your celebration continues without interruption.

From South Florida's luxurious settings to Central Florida's natural beauty and the Keys' intimate waterfront venues Florida transforms your wedding dreams into lifelong memories. You'll find diverse options for every vision and budget making it easier to create the perfect celebration that truly represents you as a couple.
