With is soaring wood ceiling and original brick walls, The District, built in 1907, combines classic American architecture with modern touches. The Evergreen Room, our banquet facility, is nestled in a beautifully landscaped hillside. The room features 15 ft. vaulted ceilings, cherry stained wood accents, and large windows that overlook our 27-hole golf course.
