Vernonia Springs is THE place! We got married in October 2020 and fortunately had planned on a wedding ceremony with less than 30 people pre-COVID. I had several questions about everything and was constantly emailing Jeff to ask about all the ins and outs. He wrote back quickly, consistently, and professionally. We visited twice beforehand and Jeff was helpful and friendly. He was easy to work with having food trucks come in and pre-approved day before with a couple drop offs. When the big day arrived, the venue was beautiful, had safety protocols in place and we heard several compliments on the atmosphere. The venue is quiet and tucked away with limited cell service, so at the end of the night, when everyone sat around the fire place, it was relaxing and comfortable. My husband and I stayed in one of the yurts and the bed was so comfy! Other guests said they enjoyed their bed and setup as well. Honestly, I have only have great things to say about Vernonia Springs!

Hiring Easton Broad was hands down the best decision we made for our destination wedding! Planning a wedding from another state is no easy fete, but Kelly helped us with so much, we never had to worry about details being missed. We only ever saw the venue twice- first when we toured it and fell in love, and not again until our wedding day, when we fell in love all over again! And the time between, Kelly was so quick to answer all of our questions (and there were tons!); we'd get responses within an hour and sometimes even in the middle of the night. It's very clear that she's passionate about what she does, and has been doing this for a long time. We had our 55-person wedding ceremony and reception at Rae Loft, and couldn’t be happier with how the evening went. Emily, the owner, was also our day-of coordinator (and has years of experience as an event planner), which made our planning process much easier given that we had not hired a wedding planner. Emily was thorough and dedicated to helping us realize our vision. She went above and beyond with decorating the event space, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring things ran smoothly. We did the weekend package option for the venue and had the venue from Friday till Sunday. This was perfect for us because it allowed us to do the wedding rehearsal dinner at the same venue as the wedding. This helped us out a lot because we were planning this wedding from out of state. We visited a few venues in Portland, and this was by far the most breathtaking! Our out of state guests loved visiting Portland and enjoyed the venue's location to everything downtown.

The Evergreen was the perfect venue for our wedding. We were pretty much set on this venue from the first visit even though we had imagined we would want an outdoor venue. They were the very first venue we toured and ended up being the measuring stick to which we compared every venue to. Mack and Ginger were caring, communicative, thoughtful, and fun to work with every step of the way. The venue was a beautiful, blank canvas with lots of great natural lighting - stunning on its own, and made for the perfect backdrop for our decor. I can't imagine our wedding without Mack coordinating - it was clear she cared deeply about making our day special and fun and it never felt like this was just another wedding she was working. Shout out to the bar staff for absolutely nailing our speciality cocktail which was a lychee margarita (I’m gonna need that recipe lol). I will forever recommend this venue to couples. THANK YOU!!!!

We had our wedding here and, let me tell you, if you're looking for a fun, affordable wedding, here is your place! Everyone was ecstatic about the food options, we didn't have to choose for everyone. Zesti has a package where you can buy gift cards in bulk and guests can get their dinner from any of the carts! We had the option between close to the bar or the greenhouse, we chose the greenhouse. It was BEAUTIFUL. Nestled right next to the cutest plant shop, we were in tropical plant heaven. It was so nice to have so many amenities in one place. Other venues required us to pick so many different vendors. Here, the bar and dinner was already covered. Thank you, Zesti for a wonderful special day!

We absolutely loved having our 55-person wedding at Bar Carlo. The owner Mel is at the same time very supportive and very low-key, which made for a smooth planning process and day-of event. The space is gorgeous, and has multiple connected wings, which allowed for the the party to morph seamlessly over the night from barside cocktail hour to outdoor patio ceremony to dinner buffet to dance floor. The space is already a beautifully decorated artwork, and Mel lets you decide how to arrange the space for your event, but you can also bring your own decorations/sound system/llama and she can handle those additions easily. The food and drinks were delicious too, and Mel was able to accommodate our entirely vegan and gluten-free menu without hesitation. Overall we loved the unique-ness, flexibility and good vibes of the space and the people of Bar Carlo, and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a cute and fun space for their wedding or other event. -Nicola & Lou

I loved working with everyone there! Laura and Martin have put together a beautiful space and are always looking for ways to improve. Casey was easy to work with and made sure to keep notes on all the things we asked her for. Gabby being there day of was so helpful, she made sure to listen to anything that was asked even last minute changes to decor. It was perfectly executed and a huge reason was the incredible staff. Our wedding day was everything we hoped for and I cannot recommend The Troutdale House enough!

The Barn on Jackson is a beautiful venue with plenty of room for lots of guests. It was winter so we only utilized the inside space. It was a tad cold in January but most guests were fine with a light jacket or sweater. Kari is super helpful setting up and answering any questions you might have. The whole room of decorations they have able to use is amazing too and definitely saves on your costs!

The team at Ironlight have created something so special. People choose to get married in the PNW because of the unparalleled beauty. And that, Ironlight has in spades. Their indoor space is elegant with incredible natural light. It is truly a space every couple can customize and make their own. Their outdoor patios allow couple and guests alike to enjoy our beautiful days and nights, with one deck showing off a view of Mt. Hood, and the other highlighting our amazing PNW sunsets. While the space is beautiful and so thoughtfully designed, I also appreciate the other amenities like a dedicated parking lot and garage, easy loading dock for vendors, fully private restrooms, and complete handicap accessibility. We cannot say enough wonderful things about City Farm! We were able to have the wedding reception of our dreams because of this place and the owners. From booking, to planning, to set up and Day Of, Casey and Scott were nothing short of a true blessing. They were organized, generous, kind, and a pure joy to work with! The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking and stunning. Our guests were blown away! We had countless praises that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. Also, the ease and practicality of the place kept everyone comfortable (plenty of bathrooms, space, and parking, easy to find, etc) these details are easy to overlook but so crucial for an enjoyable event. We cannot recommend City Farm enough and will sing their praises forever! One look at the venue and the beauty will speak for itself, but I can confidently say anyone’s experience booking here will be just as wonderful because of Scott and Casey :)

This space is beautiful! We are so happy we booked this for our wedding venue. Jason is so laid back and easy to work with. A lot of venues are very strict and have so many hoops to jump through, but we just got to come in and do our own thing. We got the space Friday-Sunday and for such a good price! I love the brick and hardwood floors in the ballroom, and the black and white checkered floors in the clubhouse. We utilized all the room and the rooftop! This is definitely a great venue to choose if you are on the fence about it! The only thing I was a little worried about was parking, but it ended up being okay!
