If rustic romance fills your wedding dreams Harvest View Farms is the place to be. This sweet little farm is owned, and operated and custom built by Brenda and David Schwind. Harvest View Farms conveniently located just 10 minutes North of Burlington off Hwy 61 between Burlington and Mediapolis nestled in the fields of Sperry Iowa.

Our new building layout and custom design welcomes you to experience a stylish combination of beautiful architecture and essential elements that guarantee your guests will be talking about it long after the big day.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of Iowa’s countryside. The sparkling white gambrel barn overlooks fields, timber and two ponds. Our temperature controlled Ballroom comfortably seats up to 320 guests, on the wooden farmhouse-tables and black cross-back chairs we provide. Every package includes ample day-before rehearsal AND decorating time, 6:00 am - midnight full access the day of, and time to return the day after to retrieve decor, rentals, food, personal times, and vehicles.

We have created a beautiful indoor space for your wedding celebration as well as an outdoor covered ceremony space. It's your choice, it's your day. The former home of cook-your-own-steaks, Old Oaks Steak House, south of Milan, has been transformed into Old Oaks Winery. The rear of the property contains several acres of now-mature vineyards, which are producing the grapes for Old Oaks wine. Our vision has always been to bring a Napa feel back to the Midwest. Old Oaks Winery has a tasting room and event space for more than 200.

Our Double Round Barn features an extraordinary domed ceiling, functional limestone fireplace and covered patio that was all created by a local craftsmen, this one-of-a-kind space is sure to wow your guests! Holds up to 300 guest and is great for weddings, banquets, and parties. The Timber Frame barn is bursting with rustic charm inside and out. It's a beautiful space for ceremonies and receptions with ample outdoor space on the wrap around deck overlooking our wooded acreage. Holds 150 guests. Three stone arches frame the Amphitheater ceremony space unlike any other. Surrounded by evergreens and framed by woodlands, a pond and a fountain, the Amphitheater will be the perfect setting and has terraced seating for up to 300 guests.
