Beth is an award winning cake artist and professional chocolatier, learning all she can from Melissa Coppel. She is a certified judge, who travels the US teaching and judging sugar art. I was a 2x competitor on Food Network and Food Network Canada, of which I won! I have been published in: The New York Times, Cake Masters Magazine, and more! Golczynski got his start in chocolates about 25 years ago, when he would “escape” his real job owning a Grand Rapids catering company by heading to his basement chocolate room to experiment. Now, at Mokaya, they are hand-painting chocolates, creating original chocolate art, both in design and flavor combinations.

Sweet Harmony Desserts is a home-based business located in Hudsonville, Michigan. Sweet Harmony Desserts in 2011 with the support of family and friends. The menu started with cupcakes and cakes, and then cake pops and cake truffles were added. I am always learning new techniques along with coming up with new menu items.
