The Guthrie Mansion is situated next to the wedding barn and the exterior can be used for one of several ceremony locations. There is a bridal room and cabin rentals available for bride and guests. Designated a National Historic Landmark in 2002, the mill is a former A.J. Woolery & Sons quarry with a variety of buildings, structures, and objects originally used for limestone production. The mill shut down production in 1996 and the property has been vacant since.
