From there, she developed a love and passion for makeup. In 2017, Nicole officially became a Certified International Makeup Artist. Nicole's had great opportunities to work with amazing people, local organizations, film productions, Arab World Fest, Thyck Troupe Chicago, Live Out Loud Charity and even R&B singer Tweet. She has lived in Indianapolis most of her life and is a self-taught artist. Joey enjoys creating complex designs in many different mediums including: henna art, pen and ink drawings, acrylic paintings, watercolor paintings as well as decorating pillows, mugs, bags, shoes, etc. ​
