I began this journey in 2015, my daughter who was 11 at the time thought it would be fascinating to have us start a bakery because it was something we could do together. Well, it has been quite a roller coaster and I have learned so much in such little time; every day a new lesson. I would not trade the hard lessons, difficult times, the tears, and the insane amount of dishes for anything in this world because I have done it with my daughter’s encouragement and camaraderie always alongside me.

Hello there! My name is Paty and I am a Cake Artist with more than 10 years of experience. I specialize in wedding cakes and ultra-realistic cakes. My experience with baked goods comes from my childhood back in South America where I grew up. My small pastry business was created in New York City where I went to cake decorating school. In addition to making cake art, I teach baking classes for kids and adults and my dream is to be able share and teach the secrets about baking with whoever needs it.
