Stepping Stones Garden was the perfect venue for our wedding, and it holds an extra special place in our hearts. My husband’s siblings had all been married there under the previous owners, so it felt like a meaningful continuation of a beautiful family tradition. Since the new owners took over, they've made some truly stunning changes that have transformed the venue in the best way possible. The updates are thoughtful and well-designed, making the grounds even more breathtaking and the atmosphere even more magical than before. The getting-ready location was gorgeous—spacious, serene, and an ideal setting to relax before the big day. The venue itself was picture-perfect, with so many beautiful spots for photos, and the entire layout was flawless. What really stood out to me was the level of support from the staff. After not hosting weddings for a few years at Stepping Stones since the new owners took over, they were incredibly helpful in coordinating a meeting with our planner to review the layout of the space. They also worked directly with her to help with setup, which meant I didn’t have to worry about a thing and could simply enjoy my day. There was a minor mix-up with the table arrangements—the paper I had received didn’t align with the website information—but once we clarified things, everything was sorted out smoothly. The staff handled it professionally, and the setup turned out perfectly in the end. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue or a more supportive team to work with. The new owners have truly elevated Stepping Stones Garden, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stunning, serene, and well-managed wedding venue. It made our day unforgettable!

The venue is family owned, and you can feel all the love and thoughtfulness they have built into this historic property. We had my baby shower there in Oct 2023, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The property grounds is meticulously taken care of, with such a romantic and garden feel- including a big beautiful greenhouse, a green grass lawn, intimate outdoor seating with grape vines surrounding the area, and a large patio with canopy coverage. You feel all the feels as you’re walking around the property. Even surrounding the property is farm fields and trees, just adding to the beauty and allowing plenty of parking! I couldn’t recommend this place more! It is such a gem hidden in a small farm town.

By holding our October 2024 wedding at Marionfield, we not only had a gorgeous venue; we also had guidance, support, and tips every step of the way from John, Marionfield's wonderful owner. From our first visit, we could tell that John was invested in our wedding succeeding. He gave honest, thoughtful answers to our initial questions. Once we selected Marionfield, John gave helpful advice about layouts, useful pointers about timelines, stellar recommendations for other vendors, and transparent information about the venue and what does and doesn't work well there. John always responded quickly and thoroughly to emails. He was generous with his time, letting me visit once six months before the wedding and again three months beforehand for a walk through with my coordinator. John is warm, caring, and honest. When you book your wedding at Marionfield, you are also securing a dedicated teammate in your wedding planning journey. About the venue itself: Marionfield is gorgeous. The buildings, landscaping, walkways, and furnishings are all in tip-top condition. Marionfield gets the details right -- dimmable lights in the barn, ADA accessibility, comfortable chairs, the spacious bridal suite with a full kitchen. The location is private, secluded, and quiet. The historic barn offers a charming, romantic backdrop. You also get a team of helpful people on your wedding day who make flips of the space happen, see that the water stays full, and that your other vendors are where they need to be. The team worked seamlessly to make our wedding go off without a hitch. The high level of included services (staff who handle chair and table set-up, venue flips, most clean-up) and add-ons available for very reasonable fees (hot cider bar, flatware, plates, glass water goblets) at Marionfield means fewer moving parts and details to keep track of. I could go on and on with positive things about John Olson and Marionfield. My husband and I highly recommend selecting Marionfield for your wedding venue.

Our wedding was almost an awful day. Over half of our guests left due to bad weather and simply because they didn’t want to stay after getting their cupcake . It was very frustrating and it changed a lot of our plans. We ended up moving indoors and ending everything early. DeeDee was amazing enough to help us change our send off by letting us use her bubble machine and wands ON THE SPOT. We were so grateful for her flexibility on our day. 10/10 recommend this venue!!

My partner and I got married in September 2024 at Rivers Edge. We selected this location because we wanted an outdoor wedding and the grounds and river were a perfect space for us. The accommodations of the slab, tent, tables, chairs, and lights were all integral to our wedding being a success. Tanya is a down to Earth person and we are as well, so that worked very well for us. Tanya was always responsive and accommodating. All of our guests commented on the beauty of the grounds and the space. Everything was easy to manage and clean up. I can't recommend enough if you want a nice, chill wedding or event with beautiful nature surrounding you with creature comforts like the get-ready rooms, slab tent, and generator for power. We began looking for wedding venues a year in advance, and from the moment we met Jamie and James, we knew River Valley Oasis was the one. Their warmth, friendliness, and clear love for their venue made booking an easy decision. What really attracted us was the venue’s secluded, natural atmosphere—peaceful and serene, yet still easy to find via GPS. Plus, the convenience of hosting all our events and guests in one location made our day so much smoother. We were also thrilled that they provided MC equipment, a refrigerator/freezer, and all the tables and chairs, saving us the hassle of renting. They even offer a helpful website to connect with vendors, which we used for several wedding services. Jamie and James went above and beyond for us. James graciously let us use his newly crafted tables, which added a special touch to our welcome table, sweetheart table, and dessert station. Everything came together perfectly, and you can see the beautiful craftsmanship in the photos! My husband and I highly recommend River Valley Oasis for any special gathering. The experience was flawless from start to finish.

Woodland Meadow Farms was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we inquired, the staff were prompt, courteous, and clear in their communication, making the planning process a breeze. The grounds were huge, gorgeous, and lush in green, providing a stunning backdrop for our special day. The staff member on-site was incredibly helpful in setting up and assisting us with clean-up afterwards. We also appreciated the complete freedom and creative control they gave us - they didn't make us choose from a required list of vendors. Woodland Meadow Farms was so kind and accommodating throughout, and we couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding.

Falling Water Gardens

5.0

Monroe, WA
  • Up to 200 guests
  • Raw space
  • Outdoor
  • Starts at $4,500

Falling Water Gardens is nestled just outside downtown Monroe, Washington. This gorgeous 10-acre property is surrounded by green pastures, flourishing display gardens, and many breathtaking water features. This is truly a one-of-a-kind, outdoor, garden wedding venue! Your outdoor wedding is held on groomed lawns with backdrops to the gardens and water features. There are multiple ceremony locations to choose from, countless locations for your wedding photos, and immense space for you and your guests to mingle and wander throughout the gardens. We include our two glamping tents in your wedding package. This makes your wedding experience even more unique, stress-free, and fun! Also included in your package are tables, chairs, staff, and much more. What sets us apart from other venues besides our gorgeous gardens? Honest pricing. One price for everything. Relaxed alcohol policy. Your bar your way. Open vendor policy. Use any vendors you like. Our season runs mid-May through Labor Day.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Rustic-chic setting
  • Venue is completely outdoors
  • Bridal suite on site

Venue considerations

  • Large venue, not ideal for small guest lists
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Not for you if you prefer a more modern aesthetic
Falling Water Gardens is a hidden gem located in Monroe. Not only is the location beautiful, but you also have various spaces to use for your ceremony and reception. There is tons of flexibility and a lot of options. Rick, Ken, and Liz were easy to work with, and always responded to our messages clearly and within a reasonable time frame. My husband and I only looked a handful of venues, and when I saw this one, I knew place was perfect for us. I didn't feel like I could justify the cost of a florist, and if you get married here, you don't need one. The flowers and trees in the event space are enough! Not only does Falling Water Gardens offer flexibility and different options for your ceremony and reception, but they also allow you to come check out the space while you are going through your planning. My husband and I went back to the space a few times while we were planning to get a visual for where our decor would be setup, where the bar would go, the DJ, etc. And if you give the venue a heads up that you are coming, someone will greet you and will answer any questions you may have. Some venues don't offer a lot in terms of setup, but Falling Water Gardens has 200 chairs and plenty of tables for you to use, and they will set all of that up for you. We did our decor on our own, but having the tables and chairs ready in the spaces was a huge help. They also have a large tent for the tables and chairs, and smaller easy up tents for your vendors. We had a bit of an issue with one of our photographers, and did not feel like we had adequate time to take photos as a couple. Because of this, my husband and I wanted to take more photos. When I contacted Liz to ask if we could return to the venue to take more photos, she said yes. Getting a chance to take more photos/re-do some photos made the experience that much better for us. Again, the flexibility, kindness, various options, and beautiful space are all here. Falling Water Gardens was there for us every step of the way, and they made sure our day was everything we wanted. I could not have asked for more when I found this venue.

Terra Valley Farms is an incredible venue! We knew from the first time we walked the grounds that this was a special location, and every one of our guests confirmed this by stopping to tell us how beautiful and perfect the whole place was. Whether it was their fields of berries and dahlias, winding garden paths, or open areas for lawn games, the natural beauty meant that we really didn’t need to do much for extra decor, and this in turn helped us save money to use elsewhere in our budget. The fact that they also offer wedding coordination and bartending services means there is a lot of value here and adding these services made our lives so much easier. We got to work with Tessa as our wedding coordinator, and she was the absolute best! Because she knows Terra Valley so well, she knew just how to make things run as smoothly as possible. Throughout the entire planning process and on the actual day, she and her team made us feel so at ease and well taken care of. Thank you, Tessa, for being our steady guide throughout this year of planning a wedding and thank you Chelsea for all the work you and your team do to make this such a special place!
