The Warehouse is perfect for the couple that wants rustic charm, and industrial romance. 2425 Warehouse offers a variety of unique ceremony locations. Get married under the spreading limbs of our tall Oak Tree. Customize the backdrop with sheer dapping, lanterns, or antique windows. Say your vows in front of our White Arbor with intricate black gates surround by a white picket fence. Inside the warehouse, enjoy a climate controlled wedding in front of the statement Tin Wall with cafe lights twinkling overhead.

Land Family Home is a boutique events destination and nature conservancy. We offer unlimited possibilities for your wedding. Bring your ideas and imagination, we offer many event location options and configurations across our 60+ acre nature conservancy. Design a porch wedding in an idyllic natural setting for a boutique style event. For outdoor weddings we offer a Tractor Shed that's been converted to an open-air performance stage surrounded with 360 views of meadows and mature trees. The Factory at Walton Mill is an all inclusive charming industrial-chic venue, located in historic cotton warehouses. Cottage 84 is our vintage inspired cottage style venue and estate that was built in 1925. The venue is still structured with the original pine walls and flooring and is filled with eclectic and gold, ornate vintage decor and furniture. The indoor dining and the reception area contains floor to ceiling stone fireplaces and our outdoor, covered reception space is equipped with a firestove and heater for those colder nights. The venue is on 1.5 acres of lighted ladscape including our boardwalk and 100 year old lighted pecan tree on our private back lawn area.
