Hi. I’m Emily. Mother, wife, and baker. I was diagnosed with psoriasis over 8 years ago shortly before discovering my husband could not tolerate any grains. While this time was rather difficult attempting to maneuver life with “dietary restrictions,” it was also a pivotal moment where I decided to continue making all the things I love (yes I have a sweet tooth). I embarked on an 8 year journey trying all the flours and substitutes in all my cherished recipes. I have found what works without compromising taste and texture. Fast forward three kids later who also deal with dairy, nut and gluten intolerances and I think I have found what works.

My goal is to make dreams come true for couples who are wildly in love. With over 5+ years of professional event planning experience, it is my true passion to work alongside future newlyweds to help guide them through the process of planning their dream wedding through the different packages I offer. I specialize in weddings and adventure elopements based in Western North Carolina. I’ll do the heavy lifting, your job is to soak in every blissful moment.
