I'm a former costume designer and fashion historian with a PhD in English literature, now using my love of art, craft, and design to create one-of-a-kind custom wedding cakes! I make delicious, colorful cakes in traditional and modern flavor combinations, topped with handcrafted sugar flowers. Wedding Cakes Unlimited is a licensed home-based bakery specializing in exquisite wedding cakes, all-occasion cakes, cookies, and pastries. From an early age, Jennifer Aprile Bartlett has had a love for baking and a talent for design. A graduate of the Connecticut Culinary Institute, and an accomplished professional, Jennifer has received numerous awards for her creations and applies her passion and talents to designing each and every wedding cake.
