Our venue is a lounge/club located on South U near the campus perfect for after wedding parties and celebrations! We have a lighting system, a DJ booth, and the ability to do karaoke. Our second floor space has the capacity for dinners, parties, after party receptions, wedding rehearsal dinners, and private events for up to 40 people. It’s been our pleasure to host graduations, retirements, and birthday parties in our private dining space, and to give these celebrations the atmosphere and attention they deserve. We have also been host to many University of Michigan department functions and have menus that are geared towards fitting the UM guidelines to make the planning process hitch-free.

The Circ Bar and Root is a gorgeous dual venue that offers an experience unlike anything else. It has rich history dating back to the 1850's where it was most likely the first brewery in Ann Arbor.
