About MMH Media

Madeline Grosh

Owner/Lead Multimedia Specialist

Hi! My name is Madeline & I’m the lady behind the camera here at MMH Media! I like to think of myself as spunky, creative & absolutely an extrovert. Living in the suburbs of Indianapolis, my boyfriend & I are kitty-obsessed, movie nerds and laughing gurus. At the end of a day, you can find me curled up in a soft blanket with my kitty bff, Chopstick. I'm ALL about adventures - the outdoors, new museums, a weird coffee shop - you name & I'll be down! This includes during a session - let's do something that's totally you! I mean, these are your photos, right? We need to capture them that way! So let's chat, grab coffee and just have fun! ~M

Below you will see a timeline of our communication with MMH Media as we hired her to be our wedding photographer. We hired her husband as our videographer, as well. We paid 3,900 for photos and video, which included our engagement photos. We had paid in full at least a month before our wedding day on 10/12/2024. 10/12/2024 - Our Wedding - She verbally promised that we would have sneak peeks of our photos within a week. 10/30/2024 - I reached out to her via her platform about when to expect our sneak peeks. No response. 11/12/2024 - Received our wedding sneak peeks - In the message with our photos she said she "strives 8-10 weeks for the full gallery," but was hoping to "have it done by Christmas for gifting purposes." 1/3/2025 - I texted to check-in. No response. 1/13/2025 - My husband called and left a voicemail. No response. 2/5/2025 - My husband called and left a voicemail. No response. 2/10/2025 - My husband called and left a voicemail. No response. 2/13/2025 - She texted my husband, said she just noticed that he had called and that his voicemail was super crackly. She said she has been battling the flu and it has been a tough winter for her. She also said that she has been telling all of her October couples that they would receive their galleries by the end of the month or she would refund a portion of the payment. She said she feels terrible and thanked us for our patience and kindness. 2/27/2025 - Received our full wedding gallery - In the message with our photos, she said she would be dropping our USB with our photos and video in the mail and needed our address. I responded immediately with our address. 3/23/2025 - I texted her as we still had not received the USB in the mail. No response. 4/16/2025 - I called and was able to get a hold of her. She said I was the third bride in a week to reach out regarding the USB not being received. She said she was having issues with the post office and would go to a different post office the next day to send another one. 4/25/2025 - My husband called and left a voicemail. We called on our friend's phone. I called and left a voicemail. No response. 4/28/2025 - I called and left a voicemail. No response. 4/29/2025 - I called and left a voicemail. She texted me and said she had been in the hospital, but will call and touch base as soon as she was able to. I asked her to send the digital file by the end of the week. She said she would do her absolute best if she was able to because of the software. 5/1/2025 - My husband texted her and said that we understand that things happen, but it has been 8 months since our wedding. He told her that if we did not get our video by Friday, 5/2, we would be forced to take legal action and begin that process on Monday. She provided our video by 10 pm that evening. I completely understand that life gets hard and things come up unexpectedly that can derail carefully laid out plans; however, because we paid so much for her services, I also feel like we deserved more than the lack of communication and excuses that we received. So word to the wise: if you book with MMH Media, be sure you don’t want your photos on a set deadline or for any specific occasion, or you’re almost sure to be disappointed. This really tainted our excitement to receive and show off our wedding photos and video, and although we were ultimately more or less pleased by the finished product, the headache and stress this has caused was simply not worth it.
