John Kopko Films

I’m a wedding filmmaker based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. I love sharing wedding moments with my couples because they are some of the happiest days of our lives. I often see the love that my wife and I share reflected in the couples that I am lucky enough to work with during wedding season. When I create a film for you, my aim is to capture your story and your day authentically. Each film is inspired by the couple, reflected in my use of your vows, letters, and music to tell an emotional story of your day. It is my hope that, many years from now, you’ll be able to watch your film and feel like you’ve stepped back in time to your day.

The first word I would use to describe my films is authentic. Wedding days are filled with so much love and happiness, and I want my couples to deeply feel those emotions as they watch my films. Every couple and wedding is unique, so every film should be as well.
