Greetings! I’m Heather (the one on the left!), and I’d love to share the story behind HEARTS in FOCUS. The company was founded by my husband, Darren Mason, who is also my talented wedding videographer. Darren’s journey into wedding videography began in 2010, and it wasn’t long before he earned recognition as one of the top videographers in the U.S. We are committed to providing a seamless, unforgettable experience for you, with every film reflecting the same care, attention to detail, and artistry that we have built our reputation on.
What sets us apart? Unlike larger companies, we don’t take on every couple that reaches out and then scramble to hire random contractors to film weddings. While that approach may increase revenue, it often leads to inconsistent results. Instead, we partner with a carefully chosen group of videographers who are trained in our unique filming and editing style. This ensures that the work you see on our website is exactly what you’ll receive—every time. We are a close-knit team that prioritizes quality control and exceptional customer service.

Bride
We hired HEARTS in FOCUS for our wedding videography, but had a very poor experience with them overall. Their communication was severely lacking - we struggled to get timely responses from them and felt they were quite pushy in their sales tactics. Ultimately, we had to terminate our contract with them before they even had the chance to work on our wedding, as we were not confident in their ability to deliver quality work. From what we experienced, it seems they are an unprofessional company that will try to charge your card if they claim to have "accidentally" processed a refund. We would not recommend HEARTS in FOCUS to any couple planning their wedding.
Be Ready to Commit
Be ready to commit to this company or they will refuse to work with you. I reached out for a quote and was exploring my options. Because I refused to commit within 24 hours and said I was exploring my options still and they closed the inquiry and would not work with me.
