Our event space is the perfect place to host barn weddings that look like they came straight out of a wedding catalogue. Our property has been in the family for decades, originally functioning as a dairy farm. Owner Eric Gasser's grandfather built the barn that sits on a 400-acre piece of Ohio farmland in 1892. The barn has a rustic, raw and natural feel, with an open frame and beams that were hand-hewn decades ago. The barnwood floor is still made from the original wood.

    The communication with White Birch Barn was inconsistent, poor, and untimely. They were completely unresponsive at times, which caused unnecessary stresses on our wedding day. While the venue itself is a beautiful property, they failed to deliver on their promises to have a clean, blank space ready for our event. They did provide tables and decor, but the owner opened the venue late and did not send the alcohol list for review as promised, resulting in us completely running out of some drink options. I even wrote a letter to the owner to share my feedback on the overall poor customer service, but received no response. I'm sad to say that the stresses contributed by White Birch Barn detracted from our special day.

    White Birch Barn was the perfect venue for our wedding vision. The location was absolutely gorgeous, with a rustic and romantic vibe that made our day feel so magical. Our first look under the willow tree was truly special. While the venue does provide a day-of coordinator, we would suggest getting an additional coordinator as we felt there was some unorganization and lack of communication from the owner that caused some added stress on the day. Overall, the venue was beautiful and we're so happy we chose it for our special day.
