Our Wedding
Our wedding was spectacular!!! The catering staff did an amazing job! We were really impressed by their attention to detail! My guests are still talking about the beautiful space & how good the food was! I couldn't be happier with my whole experience with The Melrose!!!
Top choice for wedding venue
We just had our wedding the Warwick hotel, and the staff was very welcoming on helping the wedding throughout the entire process. The team was attentive and responsive, which I highly appreciated. The hospitality was top notch all around. The venue itself where we had it in the Turtle Creek Ballroom with a little under 300 people and the staff was very attentive making sure our guests felt welcome. We had a wedding that also included cultural elements, and they outside caterers where they can cook onsite as long as it's outside of the venue's kitchen where the team was accommodating. I'm glad their staff was willing to work with the caterers and other 3rd parties as well. Even on the day of the wedding, the staff was willing to help where they can. From our guests feedback, we had resounding positive reviews. Special shoutout to Rebecca who is the Catering Manager and did a wonderful job! I'm still reliving the wedding, and if I could, 100% would have it at the Warwick again!
A Powerhouse Dallas Wedding Venue Experience
The Warwick Melrose - Dallas is an exceptional wedding venue that I highly recommend. From the knowledgeable, responsive, and professional staff, to the high-end, luxurious, and customizable offerings, they truly deliver an exceptional experience. The front desk, valets, and banquet staff are attentive to every detail, even helping to steam linens, which is often overlooked. They served a plated meal to a large guest count with precision and efficiency, and kept bar traffic to a minimum. They even built an extra bar facade upon request - just exceptional service and attention to detail. As a wedding planner, I adore their catering and sales managers because they are such excellent communicators and know the space inside and out.
A Gem in the Heart of Dallas
I’ve worked with the Warwick team for years and can say wholeheartedly as a planner that they care deeply and will do what it takes to make your event vision come to life. They offer so much, especially in Dallas, where most things need to be outsourced. I cannot say enough, good things about the team. They are prompt, professional, proactive, and overall genuinely good people. Hosting an event there is always a joy, and we have had many happy couples throughout the years!
