About this venue
The Village Club at Lake Success sits on the edge of the pristine Lake Success with breathtaking views of tranquil waters and lush foliage. We invite you to celebrate your wedding against a backdrop of Spanish-deco architecture and impeccably manicured property. From the outdoor patios overlooking the golf course to the terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows just yards away from the lake, the views are stunning no matter the season. Indulge in an exclusive country club atmosphere that is also conveniently located less than 20 miles from New York City and easily accessible to all points on Long Island.

The Terraces
The epitome of an indoor/outdoor venue, the Village Club at Lake Success features two spacious terraces. The large terrace just outside the cocktail hour space shows off our state-of-the-art golf course and invites your guests to enjoy their delicious cocktail hour fare while taking in the views. Our second terrace, located directly off the ballroom, is a favorite amongst our couples. With both lakeside and golf course views, it is the ideal location for a beautiful ceremony or al fresco dining.
The Ballroom
Dark wood flooring, suede wall coverings, a faux exposed brick wall and floor-ceiling-windows, you will be transported from a country club to a Manhattan loft in the blink of an eye. With a capacity of over 300, you can host your nearest and dearest (and then some!) in our beautiful luxurious event space.

The Grill Room
Restaurant by day, sleek event space by night! Recently renovated, the grill room is the perfect setting for an intimate gathering, dinner party or corporate event. With a wrap-around terrace, inviting bar, double-sided fireplace, and modern rustic design, this warm and elegant space is exactly where your next event needs to be!

Village club wedding 7/12/2025
I just had my daughter’s wedding at the Village Club this past weekend and I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was. When I looked at the place we were so impressed with Barry and the venue that we hired them on the spot. I was in touch with Barry through the whole process. I asked for recommendations for florists, music, lighting, cake. Every recommendation he gave me I used and we were so very happy with everyone. My daughter was able to have her dream wedding outside overlooking the golf course and the lake. The indoor/outdoor space for the cocktail hour was wonderful. The food at the cocktail hour was fabulous. I have been getting phone calls all day with guests raving about the food. They brought me into the ballroom to see it before the guests came in. It was stunning. The service for the food was unbelievable. You never had an empty glass of water or an empty wine glass. The food was absolutely delicious. We had went for a food tasting about a month before. They took their time at the tasting to make sure we were satisfied with everything. It was hard to decide on entrees because everything was so good. Amy the bridal attendant was fantastic. She was by my daughter’s side from 10am in the morning till 1:30am. Anytime she needed something, whether it was more lipstick or a glass of water. She had sneakers waiting for my daughter under her table when she wanted to take her heels off. She thought of everything. She took pictures for us and sent them the next day because she knows we don’t get the professional pictures right away. Everything was perfect and amazing about my daughters wedding and I would definitely recommend this venue to everyone.

I would highly recommend The Village Club at Lake Success to anyone! Our wedding was absolutely amazing. Barry & Amy were such an incredible team to work with. Barry will answer your questions very quickly and is so helpful throughout the entire process! Amy is great the day of the wedding to make sure the bride has everything she needs and that everything is running smoothly. They are so wonderful. They will work through any last minute issues with you! For example, we decided to move the ceremony from outside to inside because of the weather (pretty last minute) and Barry was very accommodating with his staff to make the move very seamless. He even put the Chuppah inside the ballroom to make the room even more special and beautiful than I ever could have imagined! The food is also AMAZING - we got so many compliments on the food from our friends and family. The ballroom is just a beautiful room and with the view of the lake, it's really an amazing venue. We cannot recommend Barry & Amy enough and this venue, and would tell everyone to get married here!

We recently celebrated our wedding at The Village Club at Lake Success and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The venue itself was nothing short of spectacular—beautifully maintained, with stunning decor and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that set the perfect tone for our special day. The food was a highlight of the evening. Every dish was meticulously prepared and presented, with flavors that delighted our guests and left everyone raving. From the appetizers to the main courses and the incredible dessert parade, Dan and the culinary team truly outdid themselves. But what truly made the day exceptional was Barry, Amy, Dan and the incredible staff. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine kindness made us feel like we were the most important people in the world. They anticipated our needs before we even knew them and handled every detail with grace. When the weather started to turn moments before our ceremony was about to begin, Barry and Amy quickly and efficiently were able to improvise and mobilize their entire team to adapt on the fly. We are so thankful for them and the entire staff. In short, our wedding at The Village Club at Lake Success was a dream come true, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect celebration. Thank you again Barry and Amy!!!!

During our wedding venue search, we fell in love with the Village Club of Lake Success — from the main entrance to the ceremony space options, to the cocktail hour room, and of course, the main attraction: the ballroom. Everything was modern, clean, and beautiful. In our initial meeting, Barry displayed a level of professionalism and expertise that immediately put us at ease. His years of experience reassured us that every detail would be executed just as we had envisioned. We knew we were in great hands, and the entire planning process felt organized, smooth, and exciting. When we were introduced to Amy, who would also be with the bride on the wedding day, I instantly felt comfortable and confident that their team would make the day unforgettable. Her thoughtful suggestions and expert guidance leading up to the wedding day gave me peace of mind, knowing she had the experience to handle it all. It became clear that there was no better duo than Barry and Amy to bring our vision to life, and we couldn’t wait for the celebration to begin! When the day was finally here, Barry and Amy were already hard at work when we arrived in the morning, managing all the logistics and getting ready for the day ahead. Amy was by the bridal party’s side, ensuring we had everything we needed. When it came time to walk down the aisle, I couldn't believe I had to say bye to Amy, knowing I couldn’t keep her by my side for the ceremony! After the ceremony, Amy and Barry kept everything running smoothly. They guided us through the reception, making sure we sampled all the food and drinks, and that the party stayed right on track. Their frequent check-ins and steady presence reminded us how fortunate we were to have Barry and Amy with us on our wedding day! We will miss our emails and calls with Barry and Amy, and we hope to see them soon!!!
