About this venue
The Simon, located in the heart of Downtown Louisville, is Colorado’s newest modern venue. The space has been carefully curated with those celebrating milestone moments in mind. We invite you to celebrate in an intimate setting sure to be filled with memories that will last a lifetime. Our space can accommodate up to 250 guests for a cocktail style party and 200 guests for a seated reception. We strive to make your event stress free from choosing your date to booking your vendors. Our open concept allows you to transform the space to fit your style and vision. The Simon boasts natural light and scenic photo-ops just minutes away. From our suites to our Speakeasy we invite you to fill the space. We’d love to be a part of your story!

The Simon Bride
My husband and I just got married at The Simon in September, and if we could give the experience more than 5 stars we would The Simon truly stuns as a venue and you need very little decor to make the space feel classy, warm, bright, and beautiful because the venue speaks for itself. Having an end of September wedding, an indoor venue was very important to me because I didn’t want to worry about potential weather disruptions. It’s located right on Main Street in downtown Louisville, which is an extremely quaint part of town with lots of great photography locations. A big selling point at The Simon is their inventory of decor you can rent completely for free for your big day. I can’t put into words how many guests were impressed by the venue. The compliments are still flowing in several weeks later. The bridal suite is large, stunning, and full of bright, natural light. The speakeasy in the basement is moody, intimate and perfect for photos. The ceremony space has huge windows that make the space feel open and bold, and the reception on the ground floor is perfect for festivities, especially if the weather is nice enough to open the garage doors. The wraparound balcony on the second floor is a great vibe for separating cocktail hour from both the ceremony and reception space and holds plenty of guests comfortably. The owner of the venue, Caitlyn, has it together at all times. It is the primary reason we chose The Simon over other venues. I always had my emails answered within 1-2 business days, she was able to source vegan wine for me from her wholesaler, she was able to track down other vendors for me when they weren’t as responsive, etc. She knows it all and does it all with grace and misses no details. I chose to hire my day of coordinator through the venue (Caylynn) and she was great to work with as well. She was thorough and communicative, showed up to meetings on time, and remembered details. She took charge and set up my decor perfectly, asked very few questions, and I knew I was in completely capable hands working with her. Her and Logan (facilities manager) working together really made the day go so smoothly. Overall we are so happy with our choice to host our wedding here. Our guests were totally wowed by how beautiful every space in the building is, and the staff at the Simon really makes it what it is. If you want a wedding that is smooth, easy, and naturally beautiful, look no further.

Where to start... your team at the Simon was absolutely amazing, from the beginning with all the details/tips on how to plan a wedding (shout out to The Simon Resource Doc); Caitlyn's and Stef’s (The Simon's In-House Planner) quick responses to all our questions and emails; to making our wedding day go by without a flaw (champagne glasses poured, cake table decorated with extra flowers, etc).When we had a hiccup with our transportation, Caitlyn and Courtney (our facilities manager) jumped right in and drove us to the David Mesa Trail and back for our photos. I’d like to mention that Caitlyn was not supposed to be working that day either but she stayed around and made sure our day went smoothly after that issue. Caitlyn and her team really care for the couples at her venue and make an effort to ensure what we envision comes into fruition. We received so many compliments from friends and family on the venue and the way our wedding was managed. Kyle and I really were able to have fun on our day because everything was so meticulously planned and coordinated. Thank you so much!

Our wedding on July 27th at The Simon was nothing short of perfection! From the stunning location to the impeccable service, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our day was seamless and truly special. Caitlyn was so on top of every single detail, it was always open communication. We hire their in house day of coordinator and she was amazing too! The venue itself is breathtaking, offering the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. Our guests were raving about the beautiful setting and well clean it was. If you’re looking for a venue that will make your wedding day unforgettable, The Simon is the place to be. Highly recommend! Absolutely gorgeous and amazing venue
Our wedding at The Simon on 8/18/24 was absolutely perfect. From the moment we saw the venue and met Caitlyn, we were blown away. Caitlyn is incredibly organized, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure our day was truly special. The venue itself is stunning, with so many unique spaces that offer different vibes. Whether it was the moody speakeasy or the bright and airy ceremony and reception areas, we felt like we could shape the space to fit our vision. But what sold me where the tables and chairs — they’re modern, beautiful, and included at no extra cost, which was a huge plus. We appreciated the flexibility to bring in our own vendors, but Caitlyn’s recommendations and her effort to build relationships with local vendors made everything so easy. Choosing The Simon was one of the best decisions we made, and our day was absolutely gorgeous thanks to Caitlyn and the entire staff!
