    The Maples Estate was the perfect host for our small wedding weekend! Katie and Louis have created something so magical here. The location is very serene - a beautiful backdrop for any event, and wonderful walking paths to appreciate nature. Our house guests didn’t have to leave the property at all, everything was thought of and it was so comfortable all weekend. No matter the weather, it is a stunning place to be. Katie was amazing to work with throughout the wedding planning process, creating a weekend that felt genuine to us and completely matched our vision. Every vendor she suggested to us was spot-on and great to work with! We are impressed with the quality and execution of every detail. The entire weekend felt well-paced and relaxing. Their team is extremely attentive and organized, making sure everything went smoothly. Katie was quick to respond to every communication, and always had creative solutions. We will forever cherish our memories of our wedding weekend at The Maples Estate!

    Married at this venue in August 2024, we booked it over a year prior. If we could give 6 stars, we would. The venue, itself, is gorgeous. The house, the grounds, the pavillion, all beautiful. There is a nice rustic charm to it all. The views around the property are wonderful and our guests were all very impressed. Katie, Louis and their staff were all very helpful, throughout. Katie is incredibly organized and helpful and helped us deal with all our vendors, as well as things like our timeline and guest stays. If you have a chance to have your wedding here, we thoroughly recommend.

    If we could leave more than 5 stars, we would. Katie and Louis are absolutely incredible at what they do! From the moment you book, you’ll have plenty of guidance in planning your wedding weekend. Katie helps you think of all the things needed to have the most beautiful and fun wedding. As soon as you arrive on the property, you get a sense of the commitment the team puts in for your wedding. They don’t just feel like vendors/coordinators, they feel like family members looking out for you through the weekend. Katie was on top of everything throughout the weekend and helped us have one of the most memorable experiences of our lives. We can’t be more grateful! Also, of course, the property is absolutely beautiful. We’ve only seen the sneak peak photos so far and they’re stunning!

    I wish I could encapsulate everything that I love about the Maples Estate and working with Katie and Louis into one paragraph, but I'll try my best! My husband and I got married here and couldn't have been more pleased and grateful for the experience. We booked additional wedding coordination / design services with Katie and are soooo relieved that we did. She helped us throughout the entire process, had all of the answers, and was a constant source of support. My husband and I loved the idea of getting married somewhere that had an estate on the property so that some of our loved ones can stay with us and turn it into a long weekend of fun. We toured a handful of places that catered to this idea but Maples stood out from everything we saw for several reasons: Katie and Louis are on the property and are always a text away if needed, the house has the most amazing 1850's charm with all of the modern fixes needed to be comfortable, the amount of land to explore is wild, and Katie's background in event planning. It's hard to explain how my husband and I felt so at home and comforted when we had an initial tour, but we felt it in our gut and knew that we made the right call! Thank you to Katie and Louis for the valuable work that you do for your couples, we can't thank you enough!
