The Gala 417 – Virginia's Top All-Inclusive Waterfront Wedding Venue The Gala 417 is an all-inclusive, luxury wedding venue offering couples exclusive all-day access to our 10,000 sq. ft. space that includes indoor, outdoor and covered outdoor spaces! Every wedding includes full wedding day management—complete with two dedicated coordinators—as well as setup, breakdown, tables, chairs, elegant place settings, and comprehensive planning assistance leading up to your big day. Working with The Gala 417 was an absolute dream! From the moment we first spoke, they were so easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. Their attention to detail and clean, efficient execution made our wedding day the best ever! They truly felt like an extension of our family, taking all the stress out of the day so we could enjoy every moment. The Gala girls made sure our day was absolutely perfect, and I would recommend them over and over again!
Gala 417 is a dream wedding venue!!
The team at The Gala 417 was a dream to work with for our wedding. Their communication was quick, helpful and efficient from the moment we booked with them. On the day of, the coordinators were truly exceptional - I barely had to lift a finger as they took care of every detail, from the stunning, glamorous decor to helping pin the flowers on the groomsmen. The food was absolutely delicious, and the ice cream bar was the perfect sweet touch to end the night. The Gala 417 provided incredible value and ensured our wedding day was nothing short of perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and highly recommend them to any couple planning their special day.

I have nothing but positive things to say about The Gala! From start to finish everything was flawless. Whether you want extravagance or simplicity, this is the venue for you. Amberley and her team are so knowledgeable and coordinated the best day of our lives in a way that’s better than we could ever imagined! If there were problems that arose day of, I was none the wiser. They handled the whole day perfectly. There was so much already included in the price of the venue that we barely had to think about all those little details that some couples scramble for in the last stages of planning. The food and drinks are also AMAZING!! And for the price? It’s unbeatable. You will not find a better venue in Virginia Beach. All the luxury without breaking the bank! We got married 6/20/2025 and will be dreaming about that day for years to come Thank you Gala!!!!

The gala was absolutely amazing to work with! The staff is amazing, the food is so good and all of our details came together perfectly for our big day! Having a day of coordinator provided in house made me feel so stress free and I knew they’d be able to handle anything! They are also so helpful throughout the planning process, I was never stressed. 10/10 recommend!
