Studio 131 Weddings & Events was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the beginning, their communication was always on time, making the planning process seamless. The space itself was absolutely beautiful, and the decor they provided was stunning. The staff was incredibly nice and did all the hard work for us, saving us so much time and stress on our special day. They helped us plan every detail and ensured the venue was perfectly decorated. Studio 131 Weddings & Events is an amazing venue that I've had the pleasure of working with on numerous occasions. The value they provide is incredible, with an all-inclusive package that covers everything from the stunning event space to the exceptional in-house decor. Our peak season is October through May when Florida weather is perfect for weddings and events. These dates go quickly, so early booking is highly recommended.

Our off-peak season is June through September. These summer months are a great option if you’re looking for more date flexibility.

Yes. Couples may provide their own alcohol as long as they hire a licensed and insured bartender approved through our venue.

Yes, we have on-site parking for guests, with overflow options available on-site if needed.

Yes, our venue is fully ADA accessible, including entrances, restrooms, and key event spaces.

Your rental includes access to the venue from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for weddings (or a 6-hour block for non-wedding events), tables, chairs, custom lighting, Bluetooth sound system, and private suites. You can add décor, florals, and setup/teardown through our in-house team.

Wedding rentals include the full 12-hour window, 10:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. Non-wedding events are booked in 6-hour blocks. Additional hours may be added if needed.

We do not offer refunds. All balances must be paid in full 30 days prior to your event. If absolutely necessary, we will do our best to help you move to a new date, but the contract clearly states payments are non-refundable.

We’re located 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport (TPA) and 20 minutes from St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE). Guests can easily use Uber, Lyft, or rental cars.

Yes, couples are required to purchase day-of event insurance with liability coverage. This protects you, your guests, and your vendors, and provides peace of mind.

We’re a full-service venue with an extensive, vetted vendor list to make planning stress-free. You can select any of these trusted partners, or request approval for an outside vendor (approval fees may apply).

Yes, your four-legged family members are welcome for the ceremony (with prior approval). We just ask that someone is dedicated to pet care during the event so you can enjoy stress-free cuddles and photos. We have an in-house pet concierge service.

Sparklers are permitted outdoors in designated areas. Eco-friendly confetti and bubbles are welcome — no glitter (it never leaves!).

All events must wrap by 10:00 p.m. sharp to comply with local noise ordinances. Don’t worry — we’ll keep the dance floor full until the very last song.

Yes! Our team can take care of setup, teardown, and cleaning so you and your guests can focus on celebrating.

Absolutely — we’d love to show you around! Tours are by appointment so we can give you our full attention.
