Stonehouse Villa is a refined Hill Country wedding venue located in Driftwood, Texas, just outside of Austin. Set among rolling hills and mature live oak trees, the property blends historic character with elevated, modern design—offering a timeless yet contemporary setting for weddings and celebrations. Originally built in 1923, the stone house features thoughtfully curated interiors by an Austin-based interior designer, alongside modern amenities and inviting lounge spaces. The venue offers a stunning outdoor ceremony site, a grand reception hall, and an expansive patio, accommodating weddings of up to 200 guests. Stonehouse Villa proudly offers all-inclusive wedding packages, designed to simplify planning while maintaining a high-end, personalized experience. Cozy and chic - your guests are able to sign the guestbook and drop off gifts and cards and have a relaxing place to wait for the ceremony to begin. Interior designer owners have decorated this space needing minimal added decorations. Winter weddings get the bonus of having a wood burning fire place for those chilly nights that need a little extra snuggling.

This perfect space includes a built-in L shape bar (for your BYOB) and space for appetizers (from your full service Caterer). Our main focal point of the space is our custom floral wall installation - perfect for selfies or a Photo Booth!

Our tented reception deck is the perfect location for an outdoor reception for up to 200 of your closest friends and family, or the perfect cocktail hour location in addition to our indoor reception hall. In the chance of in climate weather we are also able to host a tented ceremony back up plan.

Our outdoor ceremony site takes place under a grove of live oak trees. These trees make year-round ceremonies beautiful as they're always green. Wedding ready if left in it's natural state, but can easily be taken to the next level by adding in a little florals. Soak in the surrounding hill country views as you say "I Do!"

Such a special venue
Stonehouse was the perfect venue! So many wonderful spaces, the perfect backdrop for photos, and great people to work with. I am a bride who constantly second guessed myself, but I always felt confident with my choice of venue, and have zero regrets. We toured sooo many venues, stonehouse had everything we wanted and more- lovely ceremony, cocktail, and reception space, plus a rain plan I knew I would be happy with. They also allowed us to have our dog in the ceremony, which was so special.
The best venue and team!
I love working with the SV team and I LOVE photographing weddings there. The property is so beautiful and they treat our mutual couples so well.
