About this venue

Southern C's Farm is a lovely 127-acre working horse farm with green, rolling pastures surrounded by pine forests and sparkling 15 acre lake. It is well manicured, with flowers blooming year round. Your wedding will be the exclusive event on the property with access to the Lodge at Southern C's for overnight accommodations (4 bedrooms/4 baths) on the lake, the 1820 Log Cabin or the magnificent Hunt Box overlooking the horse pastures. All three accommodations are yours to select for members of your party to relax and get ready on this special day!

This space features 4500 square feet of living space that can be used in multiple ways for small celebrations. There is no charge to use this space in conjunction with a wedding ceremony at a different location on the farm.

The Pavilion at Southern C's Farm

A lovely covered outdoor setting nestled in the woods by the lake.

This space features 6,000 sq ft of covered space with ample room for a party of any description, with seating for 200 for plated dinners or receptions of any size. You will be captivated by the natural setting and the lovely lakeside views.

    Wedding planning was not as stressful because I had so much help from venue host and coordinators, even tho I live in another state. The venue was so beautiful during the summer time! Everything was green and blossoming, a bit on the warmer side, but the openness of the reception area allowed breeze to cool us off. The bridal suite was such a dream!! There was enough space for the hair & makeup artists, bridesmaids, mothers, and grandmothers to get ready. The grooms quarters were also spacious and allowed for bonding time before the ceremony. Parking services were great, the guests had a smooth time with it and finding the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception sites. Cannot recommend this venue enough, everything was wonderful and magical!!

    Southern C's Farm was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, the staff was prompt, responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. On the day of the event, the venue looked absolutely beautiful, elegant, and impeccably clean. We were so impressed by how the venue staff jumped in to help when they noticed another vendor we had hired was underperforming. Their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond really made our special day that much more perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and highly recommend Southern C's Farm to any couple looking to get married.

    We absolutely loved working with Jenny & Scott at Southern C's Farm. They are so kind and flexible in planning an event like a wedding! Jenny is super responsive to inquiries and questions. We had NO issues whatsoever with the venue or their staff! I could not recommend this venue more highly as it is simply stunning for such a special day!

    It was a joy working with Mrs. Jenny and her team! She was very accommodating and helped make sure our special day was phenomenal. Beautiful property with options in case of rain. It rained on our wedding day, and that didn't stop a thing except having the lake as the back drop for our wedding ceremony. Everything worked out the way it was meant to!
