Yes, our facility is wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the side entrance, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights.

January, February, March, April, and December

All rentals come with tables, chairs, and black linen. Other linen choices may are charged al la carte if not included in a package. The facility is equipped with wifi and 75" Tv.

Standard reservation includes 8 hours from start to finish, including the time it takes to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $250 per hour.

There is a fee which includes a percentage that is retained due to cancellation. 120 days or more prior to the event: 25% of the total amount paid minus non-refundable deposit. 90 to 119 days prior to the event: 50% of the total amount paid minus non-refundable deposit. 60 to 89 days prior to the event: 75% of the total amount paid minus the non-refundable deposit, with any remaining balance credited to the Client’s account. Less than 60 days prior to the event: 100% of the total amount paid minus non-refundable deposit; no refund will be provided.

Yes, you are encouraged to get event insurance to protect you against any liability for your guests and in case of any emergencies that would disrupt your special day.
