Welcome to our wedding venue! We are so happy you are here.

North Lake is very spacious, accommodating up to 400 guests. We sit on a private lake located in Berrien Springs, Michigan, surrounded by a woodland and rolling hills filled with apple orchards. Your day will be one to remember! Enjoy all seasons with us! Stay cool in the summer with our fully air-conditioned space or cozy up to the fireplace and enjoy the changing of the leaves in the fall and snow-covered lake all from our heated cottage on the lake.

    My husband and I got married at North Lake October 4th, 2025 and had the most beautiful backdrop to the day. North Lake was incredible to work with and were so accommodating. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how wonderful the venue was. Dan really has put so much thought behind every detail from not having any curbs or steps making it incredibly handicap accessible to constantly making upgrades that only add to the experience. My husband and I are both huge baseball fans and we got married on a Cubs Brewers postseason game that started at 2pm. The tv in the groom's room was not working and Dan brought a tv from his own home and had it set up in time for the game. Any questions I had were promptly responded to by Danelle and she was so sweet and personable. If you're looking for a venue where you have the control of which vendors to work with while not missing out on the location and luxuries of an inclusive venue I'd highly recommend North Lake.

    North Lake Wedding and Events in Berrien Springs, Michigan, is a lovely venue with friendly staff and a stunning lakeside view. The ceremony area is beautiful, and the open space inside allows for magical event planning. There are great spaces for both the bride and groom to get ready. It's a perfect spot for a dreamy wedding.

    We absolutely struck gold choosing North Lake as our wedding venue in Sept 2023! Dan, Danelle, and Marie were all kind, helpful, flexible and so easy to work with. Throughout the planning process, Danelle and Marie were quick to answer our questions and give vendor suggestions. The week of our wedding Dan setup the ceremony and reception with tables and chairs and was available to us for whatever we needed. The venue itself is immaculate - peaceful, clean, and beautiful. Our guests loved visiting North Lake and we felt calm and happy the entire day. We highly recommend this venue for your wedding or event!

    Northlake is one of the most beautiful venues in Southwest Michigan in Berrien Springs. Regardless of the time of year, you can have the ceremony inside or outside and it is very spacious if you are wanting to have a larger wedding. This is a venue that does not require massive amounts of decor, because of how beautiful it is on its own. The bridal suites are spacious, and comfortable. There are also many photo opts on the property, including by the lake and around the venue, to take photos with your significant other and bridal party. The scenic view out back is beautiful for all times of the year depending on when you have your wedding. My husband and I are extremely thankful to have gotten to work with Danelle throughout planning our wedding! She was amazing and helpful with questions we had, and we couldn’t have done a lot of it without her! She was also very flexible and willing to work with us to make our day exactly what we wanted and special.
