I highly recommend this venue and company to any couple trying to minimize the stress in planning. They helped us throughout the entire planning process from the moment we booked our date. They were always very quick to respond to any questions we had over the months leading to the day. The day of our wedding went perfectly and we owe it to all the staff we had with us: Maddie, Maleah, Andrea, Sydney, Nate, Dylan, and Mason. Maddie and Maleah, our Coordinator and Banquet Captain, made sure my husband and I had everything we could have wanted throughout the entire evening. Everyone else did a great job to ensure the night went as smooth as possible! I really appreciated them! Thank you!

We’ve literally been getting married all year—starting with signing our marriage license on December 31st, exchanging private vows on top of a mountain in early September, and wrapping it all up with the most incredible celebration at Mountain View Ranch – Lakeview on October 11th. (No joke—countless guests told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended!) From start to finish, the Mountain View Ranch team was there for us—not just as planners, but as enthusiastic supporters who were genuinely thrilled to celebrate with us. Wedgewood Weddings has a seamless, well-organized process that helps keep you on track without feeling overwhelmed. Whether you're someone who wants every detail handled or you like to DIY and bring in your own vendors, they give you the flexibility and support to make your vision come true. Our coordinator, Janell, is an absolute rockstar. We truly couldn’t have done this without her. Her attention to detail, warmth, and excitement made the entire planning process enjoyable and stress-free. She felt as invested in our “Happily Ever After Party” as we were all year. The event staff on the big day went above and beyond. Becca kept everything flowing smoothly while remaining approachable and engaging. Mindy made us feel like we were hanging out with a new best friend—who also happened to be making us amazing drinks. The location is absolutely gorgeous. We were married at Mountain View Ranch - Willows side. Our entire staff was top notch. Courtney and Mikayla made us feel so comfortable and were there for literally anything we needed. I can’t say enough good things about them. They all did an amazing job decorating our space, it was better than I was picturing. Our entire staff, Courtney, Mikayla, Maddie, Kaylee, Carrie, Sebastian, Christy and Gio were incredible - 10/10 for everyone. I couldn’t recommend this Wedgewood location enough. It was so easy. I’m so grateful we chose this venue!!!

We had such a perfect wedding at Mountain View Ranch. Our coordinator, Abby, was really sweet and took great care of our friend when he had altitude sickness. Our bartender, Denise, did a great job with my signature cocktail and they were a big hit. Thanks to Kyle, Marley, Tyler, and Sebastian for a great dinner service! Their process made planning so much easier - we got engaged at the end of February and married on September 20th and the wedding planning process never felt overwhelming. We loved options like the s'mores bar - our guests particularly enjoyed hanging out by the bonfire.
