Mountain View Ranch By Wedgewood Weddings was a fantastic choice for our wedding venue. From the beginning, their communication was quick, clear, and extremely well-organized, which put us at ease throughout the planning process. The venue itself was clean, inviting, and had a fun, energetic atmosphere that our guests raved about. The staff was personal, excited, and went above and beyond to ensure our special day was everything we dreamed it would be. We were married early August at Mountain View Ranch lake view everything was amazing. Jackie was our day of coordinator and she was amazing, she made sure the entire day went off without a hitch. This venue knows how to do weddings wells, they take the stress off the couple and make planning a breeze, we love them.

We had our wedding here on 9/5, and it was truly the best decision we could have made. The entire process—from planning to the big day—was so smooth and well set up that nearly every one of our guests told us we were the most relaxed bride and groom they had ever seen. That is 100% thanks to the incredible team here. Courtney, our coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with. She took every request, idea, and allergy accommodation and brought it all to life perfectly. I would recommend her a million times over. Maleah, our banquet captain, kept everything running seamlessly and handled a guest’s medical emergency with such care and professionalism. Out of kindness, the staff even extended our time an extra hour so we could still enjoy the night fully—something we’ll never forget. The rest of the team deserves so much credit as well: • Cara, Andrea, and Mindy – our wonderful servers • Nate – the prep master behind the scenes • Christy and Jess – our fantastic bartenders • Hunter – keeping everything moving smoothly as dishwasher On top of it all, the venue itself is stunning—the perfect mix of privacy and breathtaking mountain views, without the heavy Vail price tag. You can’t get much better than this. The Willows location is out of the way, quiet and beautiful. It’s all inclusive, so they send you a binder and you just make decisions. In this day and age you can’t get all of this for much less. Great venue and great people. Maddie was our planner and she’s is phenomenal!
