    The Holiday Inn & Suites St. Cloud, an IHG Hotel, was an excellent choice for our wedding venue. From the moment we first reached out, the staff were available, open, and kind in their communication style. The quality of their work and the value they provided was excellent - the space was spacious and well-organized, which made our wedding day run smoothly. The staff were all incredibly helpful, accommodating, and courteous, and the food they provided was absolutely delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to host our special day.

    We had our conference at the hotel and they executed it perfectly! Front desk was delightful, banquet staff went above and beyond at every turn! The GM and AGM were hands on and constantly making sure we were being taken care of. Lastly but not least the sales staff was professional and made sure all of the details were taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel!!

    Our experience at the Holiday Inn & Suites in St. Cloud was nothing short of fantastic! From start to finish, everything went smoothly. We hosted a conference with a large meeting room, breakouts, a vendor show, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner — the whole package! The staff went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. A special thank you to the amazing sales team—Sarah, Amy, and Lindsey—who meticulously coordinated every detail. The banquet staff was top-notch, especially Nicole and Terry (they were phenomenal!), and Colin, who ensured the setup was flawless. Pearl at the front desk was always there to assist with any questions. Brad, the General Manager and Gina the Assistant General Manager truly lead a remarkable team, and it’s clear in the exceptional service they provide. Whether you're planning a corporate event, wedding, or kids’ sports event, this hotel will exceed all expectations. A huge thank you to everyone at the Holiday Inn St. Cloud for delivering outstanding hospitality from start to finish. We truly appreciate all your hard work!
