VENUE RENTAL INCLUDES: • Exclusive use of the property (no other events are scheduled at the same time); • Public restrooms with handicap accessibility; • Private Bridal suite; • No restrictions on licensed vendors; • Climate controlled and portable systems available in the barn; • On-site parking; • Use of chairs, benches, and game areas at the front of the barn; • Access to the bar area (bartender and alcohol not provided); • String lights on the barn throughout indoor and outdoor areas; • Easy accessible electrical outlets (for DJs and caterers); • Beautiful scenery that provides options for outdoor ceremony options for weddings. RESTRICTIONS: • Any and all bartenders must be licensed and approved by the venue no less than 7 days prior to the scheduled event. • Any amplified music is only allowed until 11:00 p.m. and must be inside the barn. • Smoking is prohibited inside the venue, however, is permitted at designated sections outside of the barn.
