About this venue

Nestled in the trees of a 128-acre Hill Country ranch, you’ll find the ideal space for your dream wedding. You’ll fall in love with our stained-glass windows and sparkling chandeliers that hang in our temperature-controlled Barn. From the stamped concrete floor to the tin ceilings to the reclaimed wood doors, our carefully planned details set us apart from other venues. We have indoor and outdoor event space, bride and groom suites, silo bathrooms, a beautiful covered outdoor patio, ranch animals and more. Take a step back in time when you enter the Ranch House that has origins from the 1880’s. It is full of historical character, while also providing modern conveniences to make your stay as comfortable as possible. With space to sleep up to 27 people, the house also provides many spaces to entertain. Included with the house is a covered outdoor kitchen; pool with a swim-up bar, waterfall and hot tub; basketball and volleyball courts; and many other amenities for you to enjoy.

Relax in our on-site accommodations that sleeps up to 27 people. Beautifully appointed and decorated Ranch house that features historical character and modern amenities. Large outdoor entertainment area includes covered kitchen, pool with swim-up bar, hot tub, and basketball and volleyball courts. A great space for rehearsal dinner and fun.

    Harper Hill Ranch was everything we dreamed of and more! This venue truly surpassed our vision and was perfect in every single way. From the very beginning, Amy and Marine made the entire planning process seamless and easy — their experience and attention to detail gave us total peace of mind. I can honestly say I had zero stress leading up to the wedding and on the big day itself. The property is absolutely stunning and immaculately maintained. Every corner of the ranch has charm and character, creating the most beautiful backdrop for our celebration. One of the most special parts was having our entire bridal party stay with us on the property — it made the weekend even more memorable and meaningful. If you’re considering Harper Hill Ranch, do it! I would recommend this venue a hundred times over. It was the best decision we made and gave us a wedding experience we’ll treasure forever.

    Harper Hill Ranch will forever hold such a special place in our hearts, and we were beyond ecstatic that our family and friends were able to see and experience the HHR magic! Amy and her team are so passionate and hard working. Everyone says it was their best day ever, but IT’S TRUE!! The care, attention to detail, and genuine love that has gone into HHR is evident and you and your guests will feel that on your wedding day and throughout every step leading up. Steve is a wonderful, generous host that is sure to make your day special by helping make sure you and your guests are attended to with drinks and Longhorn wrangling. Marine and Corey are some of the most kindhearted people. They are so thoughtful and attentive! If there were ever things that needed attention before or during our day, the team at HHR and Niki took care of everything. Having a venue and vendor team that you can trust is SO important, and it really gave me peace of mind and allowed me to be fully present for our day!

    From the minute we found Harper Hill - we knew this would be where we would get married. The biggest sell is that you have the option to stay on site after the wedding. This was an absolute must for us. The history behind the ranch/home, the stunning barn that is rustic but also modern, the cows and llamas, its all just the icing on the cake. The staff are some of the absolute BEST people you will meet. They went above and beyond for us not only on wedding day, but through the entire planning process. The owner, Steve, was our officiant and he was so funny and we got so many compliments on our ceremony. On our day, it was storming like crazy so we ended up having to have it all indoors. It ended up being more beautiful than I could have imagine! When I mean they will go a million miles for you; I truly mean it. After our photos in the field (remember it was storming) My shoes were caked in mud. Steve (the owner and our officiant) literally got on his hands and knees to scrub the mud from my shoes before my husband and I's first dance. Amy, his wife and also owner, answered any and all questions without hesitation no matter how many times we asked the same ones. I just can't speak highly enough of our experience here. Thank you Amy and Steve for all you did for us
