Established in 1959 and lovingly preserved across 130 acres, this remarkable estate blends untouched natural beauty with refined Southern charm. From towering oak trees draped in Spanish moss to open green fields and hidden meadows, Garrett Field welcomes couples into a world that feels both wildly romantic and deeply rooted in history—an unforgettable setting to begin a lifetime together. The Pavilion

At the heart of Garrett Field lies The Pavilion, a breathtaking transformation of a vintage airplane hangar into a glowing open-air structure. Surrounded by a verdant courtyard and ancient oaks, this space feels both grand and intimate. Sunlight filters through skylights and factory windows, illuminating stained glass accents, textured walls, and dramatic sputnik chandeliers overhead. As day fades into evening, the Pavilion becomes luminous—perfect for cocktail-style receptions, elegant dinners, or celebrations that flow effortlessly into the surrounding polo fields beneath the stars.

The open layout allows seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor moments, while nearby courtyards, polo fields, and fire-lit gathering areas expand the celebration beyond the walls. With room to host up to 250 guests inside—or far more when paired with the surrounding grounds—this space invites couples to imagine a wedding that feels expansive, immersive, and entirely their own.

Off-peak pricing $3,800
Enjoy exclusive control of the mansion, loft, and pavilion starting at 4:00 PM with clean-up completed by 11:00 PM. Extra hours can be booked for an additional fee. This includes tables/chairs/initial setup and take down. The seven hours includes 2 hours of setup time, 4-hour reception, plus one hour for cleaning time.

Retro Extended Package

Off-peak pricing $5,500
Check-in at 11:00 AM the day of your wedding, and check-out by 10:00 AM the next day. Enjoy 23 hours with us! No rush for clean-up the night of the wedding. Sleeps 11 guests. Includes the loft above the barn, the cottage, mansion and pavilion!

Check-in and host up to two events onsite during your stay starting on Friday at 1:00 PM. Check-out Sunday by 10:00 AM. You can utilize the property for a welcome party or rehearsal dinner in addition to your wedding to truly wow your guests! Weekend rental includes full access to the entire property. Beautiful Acres, Horses and History
Garrett Field was a fantastic wedding venue for our friends. Beautifully maintained grounds and facilities. The staff was attentive and quickly responsive to any requests or needs they had throughout the entire process. The views from the pavilion are awesome. Polo horses played in the field. And the barn, main house and cottage are cozy and have a retro feel. I would highly recommend Garrett Field to any couple looking for an exceptional outdoor wedding venue with overnight stay options.

Garrett Field was the perfect choice for our wedding venue. The communication with their team was seamless and smooth throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself offered so much space for a great value - we were blown away by how much we were able to utilize for our special day. The Garrett Field team was there for us in so many ways, helping us coordinate around the unexpected weather and ensuring our wedding day went off without a hitch.
