    Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. I attended a beautiful wedding ceremony in May of 2025. I will now be one of the only people who will ever see that wedding ceremony. The company somehow managed to lose a 300 wedding video. After being left on read and ignored for weeks, my friends were finally told they would not be able to get the video back. They were told 3 weeks ago, that’s over 20 days, that they’d receive a full refund for the video within the next 10 days. How strange. These are my friends and my family. Their daughter will never get to see her parents express their love for one another in a room filled with the people who love them. They’re now being ignored and left on read again. Elegant Celebrations it is okay to be embarrassed (because you should be) but stop hiding like little kids. You are all grown adults, act like it.

    we loved our wedding and it was very beautiful but there are a LOT of things that we are not happy about. I am at the point where everytime i think about our wedding day i regret where it was done and if i could have reversed time and picked somewhere else, or even gone to the courthouse like we originally planned we would have been happier. getting in contact with your planner is so hard, it would take days to respond. we didnt even get to pick our cake flavor or anything like that until two days before (which they got wrong, we asked for chocolate and got vanilla). thats not even the part where im upset, we spent an EXTRA 300 on a wedding video. after our wedding we received an email stating that we should be getting it in a few days. a week passed by and nothing, i emailed them and waited another week for a response and found out that they LOST OUR WEDDING VIDEO and is looking for it. my husband then emailed but with no response. another week went by and i texted them and was left in read for about 1-2 days before they told me that they figured out the problem on the technical side but no luck on our video, we should be getting a refund in about 10 days. it has been OVER 10 ten days and we have received nothing so i have texted them AGAIN and got left on read, which lead to another text a week later and still left on read and ignored. its sad to see this company more active on instagram than their clients. im grateful for the beautiful day i got with my friends and family, but i wish we picked somewhere else. i am heartbroken. we have no way to look back on our special day except with iphone pictures my friends and family took. we had a friend record the whole wedding and told him we didnt need it because we were getting a professional one done, so he deleted it. we understand they are very busy people, but when you screw up so bad like losing a whole wedding video you should be a little more caring than you are. reading these reviews have showed us that we have been treated worlds differently than other couples, unfortunately not in a good way. thank you elegant celebrations, for making our day definitely something we wont forget.

    Elegant Celebrations. The Wedding Chapel & Event Space was the perfect venue for our intimate wedding of 30 guests. The spacious event space allowed us to easily accommodate our group, and the elegant decor seamlessly complemented the wedding colors we had chosen. Liz, the owner, was incredibly helpful in ensuring the decorations we brought were beautifully arranged throughout the venue. Her attention to detail and willingness to work with us made our special day run smoothly. We were thrilled with the value and quality of service provided by Elegant Celebrations, and would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a beautiful and flexible wedding venue.

    Where do I even begin? From the moment I started searching for a “micro wedding” venue, I kept coming up short—until I stumbled upon Elegant Celebrations. What an absolute hidden gem! If you’re looking for a small, intimate, and truly magical setting for your special day, this is the place to be. From our very first interaction, Liz—the fabulous owner—was attentive, kind, patient, and incredibly accommodating. She instantly understood my vision and did everything in her power to bring it to life. I was this close to being a “crazy bride,” but Liz’s calming presence, flexibility, and commitment to making everything perfect turned my stress into pure joy. She treated every detail with care and made me feel like my ideas truly mattered. The venue itself is stunning, spotless, and beautifully designed—but because I’m extra (and proud of it!), I wanted to add a few personal touches. Liz and her team not only welcomed my ideas with open arms, they helped bring them to life with such care and professionalism. I was included every step of the way, and it truly felt like a collaborative labor of love. I chose what I believe was called the Ultimate Package—which included early entry, access to the bridal suite, and a gorgeous presentation of fruit, donuts, orange juice, and water. Of course, I had to add my own sparkle to the bridal suite décor, and Liz let me do so with a smile and total support. On the day itself, Liz and her team ran the wedding like a perfectly orchestrated production. I honestly felt like royalty! Everything went off without a hitch, and the love and warmth in the air were palpable. It was everything I dreamed of—and more. And I cannot forget Jazmine, our wedding officiant! From the first phone call, we just clicked. She was warm, funny, intentional, and felt like an old friend I had known forever. She brought such grace and energy to the ceremony—it wouldn’t have been the same without her. Liz even did the unimaginable: she literally stopped traffic so I could get the perfect street photo. Who does that? Liz does—and it’s just one of the many reasons why she and her team will forever have a special place in my heart. If you’re thinking about booking Elegant Celebrations—do it. You’ll be in the best hands with people who genuinely care. Liz, Jazmine, and the entire team are rare gems in today’s world. I’m forever grateful for them and for the unforgettable memories they helped create.
