The Crystal Ballroom in Saint Augustine was an absolute dream venue for our wedding. From the moment we reached out, their communication was fast, easy, and informative, making the planning process a breeze. On the day of, their coordinator Carly was a true professional - she kept us on schedule effortlessly and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our special day. The venue itself is simply stunning, with a beautifully appointed ballroom that has a classic, elegant feel. The quality of their service and the value they provided was unmatched - we couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting to celebrate our marriage. We highly recommend the Crystal Ballroom to any couple looking for a classy, beautiful wedding venue.

Where do we begin…Crystal Ballroom EXCEEDED expectations and surpassed expectations we didn’t even knew we had. From our very first meeting with Kat to our first meeting with our AMAZINGLY TALENTED coordinator Carlie, we were blown away. Carlie was there every step of the way and is detail oriented, personable, caring and so fun to be around! She made us feel comfortable and was always approachable via any communication throughout the process. She remembered small details and even had my family and friends raving about her. The food manager, bartender and entire staff were amazing and honestly the best people. We had our ceremony outdoors and reception indoors and Crystal Ballroom offers so much in the packages they offer—the planning was seamless and STRESS FREE. If you have any doubts about whether or not you should choose this venue, don’t think JUST DO IT. Best wedding venue in St. Augustine!!!

The Crystal Ballroom Saint Augustine was the perfect venue for our wedding. The communication with the staff was excellent - we could text, call or meet with them anytime, and they made wedding planning stress-free. The team felt like friends who had our best interests in mind. The venue itself is luxurious and elegant, well worth booking for a special event. They provide nearly everything you need besides a few vendors, making coordination easy. Our day-of planner Carlie took charge so my husband and I could relax and enjoy our wedding day without worrying about anything. Details like our private meal were beautifully arranged. I highly recommend the Crystal Ballroom for any couple's big day - you can feel confident putting your event in their experienced hands!

The Crystal Ballroom in St. Augustine was a dream venue for our wedding. The communication with the staff, especially Carlie and Kat, was absolutely perfect - they were very understanding, accommodating, and ensured everything went smoothly on our big day. Carlie literally put out fires and made sure there were no hiccups. We felt we got the best value for our money with this venue. One highlight was surprising our guests with our officiant from Cush Character Entertainment ( he also does Chewbacca , Beetlejuice, Captain Jack sparrow,and fang from Jacksonville iceman dressed as the Grinch - it added a fun, one-of-a-kind touch to our special day! From start to finish, the Crystal Ballroom team helped create the wedding of our dreams through their phenomenal service and attention to detail.
