We are currently booking full weekend wedding rentals for the remainder of 2025 through March of 2026 at $2,200. You'll have access to the venue from Friday at 5pm through Sunday at 11am!

About this venue

Our family-owned private event venue and property are the perfect landscape for bringing together your loved ones for a family reunion, anniversary party, or rustic (yet modern!) outdoor wedding. We have space to spread out and plan to have more amenities up our sleeve, so stick with us! The mood is relaxed and the scenery is some of the best you will see in South Texas. Sitting on 138 acres, we are home to a working cattle ranch with large Oak Trees, multiple ponds, and rolling views that you can't help but stop and take in. Just six miles south of IH 10 between Seguin and La Vernia, you will find Cool Breeze Pavilion.

    I would definitely recommend using this venue. It was set up beautifully, the venue itself is so well put together, and the people that run it are so helpful. We were able to have an amazing wedding here.
