Surrounded by open fields and peaceful woods, our venue features a wooden arch ceremony space, a covered pavilion with string lights, cocktail lawn with fire pits, and private bridal and groom suites. Included in every package: ceremony and reception areas, tables, chairs, linens, rustic décor, firewood, on-site parking, and a two-hour rehearsal. We welcome up to 200 guests and allow you to bring your own catering and vendors. Add-on options include setup and cleanup services, weather curtains, outdoor heaters, Bluetooth speakers, 10x30 white tents, candle décor, flower runners, and more. Everything We Dreamed!
Bentwood Farms was the perfect venue for our wedding day. Their communication throughout the planning process was quick and accommodating - they were always available to answer our questions and help us work through any details. The venue itself has a quiet, rustic charm with a classy, elegant vibe that set the ideal tone for our special day. One of the standout moments was when they paid out of their own pocket for us to have special accommodations at the wedding, going above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. We are so grateful to the Bentwood Farms team for making our wedding celebration everything we dreamed it would be.
Quaint and Charming!
We won a giveaway for this venue and had no idea what to expect- but the owner, Logan, walked us through everything and helped deliver a wedding we will never forget! Logan is very helpful and communicative. The venue is rustic, charming, and quaint in all the best ways. The views are breathtaking- especially at golden hour! The arches and covered spaces are easy to make your own with decor and provide the perfect backdrop. The get ready space and parking is not ideal, but they have come such a long way in a short amount of time and continuing to make improvements every day as a brand new venue! I’d definitely recommend Bentwood Farms for your wedding.
Beautiful Venue/Lack of Preparation
The venue is undeniably a beautiful property with great potential, and I genuinely appreciate all the efforts the staff put in to make our wedding day happen. However, the lack of preparation led to an extremely stressful experience, causing me significant anxiety and panic on what was supposed to be a joyful occasion. When I arrived at 8 am to get ready, there was no designated space for me to get ready, my makeup artist, hairstylist, and I were left waiting over an hour until the owner arrived to set up a tent. It was hot, and getting ready in a tent was far from ideal. My husband and his groomsmen were given a cluttered hallway in the main house to get ready, surrounded by junk and even broken glass. As the day progressed, it became clear that the venue was far from ready. At 2:40 pm, my mother-in-law found my soon to be husband still decorating the venue, with the ceremony set to start at 4 pm. The chairs for the ceremony didn't arrive until 3:15 pm, and when they did, they were placed on uneven ground and were wobbly, making it uncomfortable for our guests. The "dance floor" consisted of a piece of burlap/carpet laid over pebbles, which proved hazardous—three guests tripped/fell while dancing. The last-minute rush to clear ladders, trash, and boxes created a chaotic atmosphere, with guests arriving around 3:35-3:40 pm while things were still being set up. Halloween decorations throughout the front of the property added to the disorganized feel, and parking was in a field that had been freshly cut that day. I truly appreciate everything the venue did for us, but the lack of preparation took away from the experience and left me feeling overwhelmed. This place has the potential to be a stunning wedding location, but unfortunately, it was not ready for our special day.
