While you plan the logistics of marrying the love of your life, our team will dream up a stylish ceremony and reception that will dazzle your guests. From flowers, to table settings, to furniture placement, we’ll take care of it all.	Planned it all, but don’t want the last-minute stress? Our Wedding Day Management service begins 9 weeks out and ensures your plans are executed with care and precision. We take over vendor coordination and timelines so you can relax, feel present, and truly enjoy every moment of your wedding day—exactly as you imagined it.

At Simone Vega Events we've planned over 100's of weddings, and have 15+ years serving couples in the wedding industry. We specialize in personalized touches and flawless executions of weddings and events for the ambitious and discerning couple. While we have the expertise to manage any event with precision, our passion lies in crafting weddings that are deeply personal, effortlessly stylish, and soulfully memorable. We’re drawn to modern, meaningful celebrations that reflect your unique story and are filled with joy, love, and intention.

Yes, we do work with a team on our weddings and events. With every wedding we plan and coordinate expect to work with 2-3 of our wedding coordinators to handle the logistics of the day. We also consider part of our team, our amazing vendors. Each wedding may have up to 15 vendors, chosen by our team and specificially tailored to your needs, to bring your wedding vision to life!

The service you choose will dictate how much time you'll be spending with us and me, Simone Vega, as your planner. This also depends on when you hire us and how far out your wedding day is. For example our Wedding Management (aka Day of Coordination) service starts 9 weeks before your wedding. However, once anyone books with us you're considered part of our family and you can always count us for advice, guidance and feedback!

Yes of course we do. We have tons of experience in planning milestone celebrations, baby showers, engagement parties, wedding showers and even corporate events.

Currently, we do not take on more than one wedding per day.
