Planned to Perfection of the Bluegrass is a boutique wedding and event planning company located in the heart of Kentucky. Our professional planners and coordinators are style savvy, budget conscious, and thoroughly engaged in the entire planning process. Our passion is to plan and execute fantasy proposals, dream weddings, intimate elopements, and inspiring events. We are proudly LGTBQIA friendly and value diversity at every opportunity.

We have FIVE (5) planners and coordinators on our team -- and an internship program. You will receive attention and advice from a number of sources within our company. If we ever need assistance, we have in-house crew ready to execute, flip, plan, and clean up if needed!

We couldn’t have pulled off our fairytale wedding at the Kentucky Castle if it weren’t for Betsy and her team! She brought the vision we had to life, and it was absolutely perfect and so beautiful! She goes over and beyond, and handles details I wouldn’t have known otherwise. Our wedding was truly perfect!

I truly cannot say enough good things about the Planned to Perfection team. From the very first conversation, they brought such warmth, organization, and care to every single detail of our wedding. They made what could have been a stressful process feel calm and effortless, and I never once had to worry about a thing. Their communication was clear, their timelines were flawless, and they handled every curveball with such grace and professionalism. But more than that, they genuinely cared about us. They made sure our big day reflected who we are as a couple. You can tell this isn’t just a job for them; it’s a calling. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Planned to Perfection! I can't express how grateful we are for Lyndsey and the PtoP team. Having no stress regarding day-of coordination is priceless. My husband and I wanted to change up the traditional wedding-day timeline of events and Lyndsey didn't hesitate to advise/coordinate the most efficient & effective way to ensure our vision was met. On day-of, our wedding exceeded our expectations due to PtoP's eye for detail, professionalism, exemplary communication with vendors, timely execution of events, and ability to swiftly pivot when unforeseen circumstances occurred.
