Description	In the month leading up to your wedding, we will supply vendor lists for the vendors that have yet to be secured. We will have two planning consultations, going over the whole day to make sure we understand your vision and the day goes smoothly. The timeline will be curated specifically to your needs and finalized. Rehearsal coordination is included in the package.

Working with Megan as our day-of-coordinator was the smartest thing we did for our wedding!! Everything ran perfectly during the wedding that we didn’t have to worry about anything. Megan was organized to a tee and was so sweet to check on us and bring drinks or anything we needed. And magically she set up all our decor before the event beautifully with boxes and boxes of stuff to work with! If you are unsure if you need a coordinator, I would 1000% recommend working with Megan.

I was referred by Jay from the DJay company when I asked him if I should get a day of coordinator for my wedding and he said if I could afford it, absolutely. Megan has been an absolute life saver during our wedding process. We had multiple meetings over the phone discussing the day of timeline process, any questions I had, any suggestions or ideas she had, etc. We met the week before the wedding to do a final walk through and go over the day of timeline which helped ease a lot of our anxiety about where things would go and how things would flow together. Megan was there the day before our wedding for our rehearsal dinner & she picked up all of our wedding decor to take to our venue the next day. The day of the wedding, she was there literally from beginning to end. She was so kind and helpful, assisted in areas we couldn’t, set up our decor beautifully, helped our vendors set up and show them where they’re supposed to go, she helped set up our tables beautifully! When it was time for our cocktail hour pictures she met us outside with food and drinks knowing the bride and groom do not eat much during the wedding day. When we sat down at our sweetheart table, we had our dinner plates stacked with food sitting there waiting for us with water and drinks. She went above and beyond for us and we are forever grateful we could save the money and afford to hire her for our wedding. It made all of the difference. At the end of the night she packed everything up for us and signed off on the venue paperwork that we were down and cleaned up. Aside from Megan being super helpful, she has such a great personality and flowed well with our crazy family. Thank you Megan for all of your help and hard work, our day could not have been as beautiful and PERFECT (not one thing went wrong) without you!! You’re the best!

All I can say is that Megan is AMAZING! She was on point from the very first day. She took the load of my shoulders and I was able to enjoy the wedding process. The day of the wedding she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything. I was lucky to have such a wonderful, sweet, professional coordinator like Megan!

I live in Texas but from California so of course I was getting married where I am from due to all my family and stuff. I was so stressed out planning from a distance but the second that Megan started supporting me everything was so much better! Her knowledge and guidance was such a blessing. On the day of my wedding you would think I was frantic NOPE... I wasn't frantic because Megan literally had everything covered. When I asked her a question or where things were at, it was either already done or already covered. She made sure we had everything that we needed throughout the night. Even through the craziness of the night Megan kept everything together and my day wouldn't have been so perfect with out her help. THANKS MEGAN YOU ARE AMAZING...
