As a veteran and a mom I use every skill I've gained into planning beautiful weddings. I handle every logistical detail and embrace the chaos, making sure you're completely free to enjoy the magic of a wedding that is uniquely yours!

Description	This package is from the time we sign a contract together until the big day! This is where I take care of everything for you while you relax and tell me what you want! I'll be with you every step of the way for any questions you have, picking vendors, helping with contracts, staying within budget, and all the fun stuff in between. As well as timeline management and day of coordination.	Partial planning is for the couples that have already begun planning and have most things done but are struggling to bring it together or stay on budget. I take the boring and stressful parts out of your planning journey so you can enjoy the fun parts! Inquire for more details!	This is for weddings with 50 people or less, the diy-ers of the world, the park enthusiast, and those that want an exceptional wedding without the craziness! Inquire for more!	For day of coordination I make sure you have a smooth set up, all your vendors show up, and the timeline we have created together stays on schedule for a perfect day. I will normally leave halfway through your reception when the real party begins!

Katie is very communicative and inquires about everything, including things I never thought about. She has a wonderful eye for making displays and decor look amazing! I’m not sure I could’ve gone through this planning process without her! I would hire Katie a million times over! She works hard to make sure that your day is exactly what you imagined!

Katie is amazing she thinks of little touches we would never have considered, like the bells and personalized candles. These little things were so cool and added character and conversation points for our guests. She thought of cute food details we could add to make our day more personalized for us like the bride and groom pretzels they were a delicious add on everyone loved. Katie guided us through the more overwhelming decisions I was struggling with like what kind of venue, flower colors, and cakes I wanted that would fit the theme. She managed the vendors amazingly and kept the entire process running smoothly, allowing us to enjoy this next step in life. She truly made our wedding day not just special, but a complete dream come true!

My wedding decorations were absolutely phenomenal! The archway of flowers was skillfully done by hand by Katelyn herself, and the table decorations were also handmade with such care and detail. Everything felt so personal and heartfelt, making the entire experience even more special. I couldn’t have been happier. From our initials on the table to every single flower placement, everything was thoughtfully planned and executed. I was beyond impressed with Katelyn’s work—she truly brought our vision to life in the most beautiful way.

I've fully planned one wedding and have partially planned four more, two of which were for friends.

For the fully planned wedding their budget was around $6k. For one of the partial weddings I've done their budget was $20k. So I'm comfortable handling different budgets :)

No I haven't, hoping to change that soon! I've planned weddings in Japan, Maine, and California :)

That depends! If you've hired me for full planning, I will be with you from when you sign a contract with me until your wedding day, this means going to vendor appointments, picking out decor, budget management, timeline management, and everything in between. This is for couples that don't know where to start and want help from scratch. If you hire me for partial planning, I will still be with you from the time you sign a contract to your wedding day but will only be handling the logistics of your wedding; budget tracking, vendor management, and finalizing timelines. This is ideal for couples who want help with the journey they've started

I'm a solo planner, starting from the ground up.

I love art, design, pressure, and helping people. To me this felt like a perfect fit. My goal is to have an extremely personalized expierence for you, for a day you'll remember for the rest of your lives.
