This planning package includes full participation of vendor selection, negotiation, contract, etc.; coordination of rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception, lead planner and (2) assistant wedding coordinators, (2) theme board and floor plan creation, design/stationary decision assistance with tons more!	Do you still want to be hands on for your event but need assistance with planning and sourcing for your wedding in the mist of a busy schedule? Our Partial Planning & Management package includes assistance with up to 5 vendor selections, rehearsal dinner sourcing, lead planner and (2) assistant coordinators on day, partial event design/stationary assistance; partial wedding attire management, creation of floor plan for reception & more!	Want to avoid the hassle of executing all the details on the day? The FHWE Wedding Management package starts when you book and includes coordination of rehearsal, ceremony & reception, lead and (1) assistant coordinator for up to 150 guests, full-day onsite coverage, timeline creation, 2 site visits, monthly check-ins; vendor point of contact, setup / breakdown assistance, access to Aisle Planner, unlimited contact for questions, & more!

Rachel was outstanding! She was always available and answered promptly whenever I had a question. She was extremely supportive and comforting. Unfortunately our venue was very difficult to work with. Rachel handled this like a champ and got stuff done. Our guests never knew there was a hiccup and she kept me updated without stressing me out on our wedding day. She used her resources and made the right contacts to create a beautiful day. I’d use her for any event in my future.

We had the pleasure of working with Rachel for our wedding. I’m not sure how we got so lucky, but she did such a phenomenal job. No matter how much you plan for your wedding, people and vendors will drop the ball in some capacity, but Rachel and her team somehow managed to handle all of it and navigate through any unforeseen challenges with a calm and collected demeanor. 5-Stars all around! Several guests even said this was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Thanks Rachel!

Ten stars, a hundred stars, a MILLION stars to Rachel and her company, For Her Weddings & Events. My husband and I booked the partial planning package for 2024 and had 9 months of assistance with planning. Rachel immediately alleviated my anxiety about shopping for a wedding dress as a plus size woman, and assured me that she would use her knowledge of the bridal styling industry to get me into sample dresses, fitted properly, and feeling like a perfect bride. And she did. She handled all the appointments, but it turned out we only needed to go to one shop before we found my dream dress, which Rachel actually pulled herself! Throughout the months leading up to our wedding, Rachel met with us monthly and maintained a gigantic checklist, also texting to check in on progress and talk about completed tasks. She is very quickly responsive. Her timeline and notes were incredibly valuable, especially when our venue got a few things wrong that we'd discussed previously. Rachel knew what we wanted and handled everything. Because of Rachel and her company, I was not stressed leading up to my wedding. Everyone I saw commented on how calm and happy I was, and how they wished they had felt that way for their wedding. Rachel and her team gave me that, and took all my wedding stress away! Absolutely! Month-of-Event Management minimum starts at $1,100 and goes up based on your level of assistance! A-la-carte service options are available as well for rehearsal dinners, timeline creation only, etc.

For weddings, we do not take on multiple during a day or weekend at this time. For social or corporate events, it will depend on the availability of our assistants and/or timing of different events.

For Her Weddings & Events LLC is owned by our lead planner and coordinator, Rachel Collins! Our company has two part-time assistants and two seasonal assistants for events, client communications, etc. All service tiers include an assistant coordinator from the signed date of contract until the day of the event.

Owner of FHWE, Rachel Collins, started in weddings as a stylist in 2021 with a hidden passion for event planning. She has been on planning committees for pageants, birthday/bachelorette parties, and has assisted in close friend and family's weddings naturally! With her skills and proven ability to maintain client-stylist relationships, she decided to combine bridal and planning in April of 2023! Leveraging her bridal experience and event management training, our team blends transparent communication, attention to detail, active listening, patience, and dedication to create memorable, back-to-back events with guest counts up to 200+ people.

Yes! We are willing to travel within the state of GA and the surrounding states of FL, SC, NC, TN, AL, etc. Travel fee of $0.65/per mile will apply to venue/event spaces after 50 miles outside of Atlanta, GA (30326). Hotel accommodations will be included for any event over 1.5 to 2 hours away of up to $200/night (up to 3 nights). Your travel fees will be included in your custom quote. All market areas available for travel are listed on the directory.

If your budget to secure a wedding planner or coordinator is under our standard package minimums, please contact us and we can work out a custom quote based on your exact needs for the day with a-la-carte services and pricing! We also offer installment plans for those who want services, while being mindful of their budget.

We sure do! Some of these services include: on-site management by the hour, assistant coordinators, venue sourcing/venue tours, hourly consultation meetings, floor plan creation, mood board creation, rehearsal dinner coordination, etc.! These services can be used to spice up your current package or to create a custom quote based on your exact needs!
