We are excited to introduce Desert Vibe Events to the Coachella Valley, providing event management & design solutions for your upcoming event. The success of your event leans on having the right team who is dedicated to you and your vision. Don’t leave your event up to chance or hope that it will be memorable. From entertainment, design, staffing and a designated event manager; we will provide the needed support to execute the event of your dreams. We are solution oriented and have been told often that we go above and beyond for our clients; this means the world to us.

We cherish our clients trust in us to recreate a new world for them. Together we create a party, a transformed moment to add to their collection of family photos. Sometimes to celebrate a union, a new life, success and even easing the pain of loss. all and always to say…I love you. It is breathtaking as I watch the event unfold, as the tears fall, people embrace and the lights are dimmed. Excitement and gratitude fill the room for a night where everyone can just “BE”. To me, it’s more than a fancy party, as all the details come together. It can be magic but never…JUST…a party.

Planning my Wedding with Desert Vibe

From the moment I got engaged I knew who I wanted on my team for the big day. Bianca and her team were a NECESSITY and truly made planning and day of execution a breeze. When your family points out "the lady running the show" at the wedding and asks "who is that? She's AMAZING" you know you made the right choice - not that I needed validation thought cause I already knew :) My goal for the wedding day was to ensure myself and my family could be fully immersed in the celebration and not have to worry about anything. With Bianca and her team, that's exactly what happened. 10/10 recommendation and would definitely do it again with her by my side.

Working with Desert Vibe Events and Bianca was an absolute dream. Their communication style was easy, quick, personable, and empathetic, which put us at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process. Bianca and her team demonstrated an amazing attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of our special day went off without a hitch. Bianca made everything so seamless - I didn't have to worry about a single thing and she made sure we were enjoying our day and were taken care of. I loved working with Bianca and her team, and I trusted them with everything. They are absolutely amazing and made us feel secure in all of our decisions. Desert Vibe Events is truly the best wedding planning team we could have asked for.

Not enough can be said about Desert Vibe Events. From start to end, the entire team was nothing but professional and extremely helpful. Our wedding was an absolute dream and all of guests had such nice things to say about it all including how amazing our team was that put it together. I would get married again just to plan with Desert Vibes and that’s not an exaggeration. My wife and I already miss our meetings with Bianca and Claudia. We hope this isn’t the end of what turned out to be a special bond. Choose Desert Vibes Events every single time. You will not be disappointed!

ATTENTION CANADIANS DOING DESTINATION: HIRE BIANCA AND HER TEAM!! I was from Canada so trusted Bianca and her team from afar for my event in Pam Dessert! Her communication skills were incredible! She executed every detail, from floral, design , preparation, lists, vendors, caterers, hotels, guests , EVERYTHING. She knew ways how to save money, be cost effective if needed , and also get it done. SHE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR HER CLIENTS! honesty, you will not regret using her as a planner, coordinator and specialist. All my guest absolutely loved her so much and her team. Nothing but positive things to say and I truly couldn’t have done it without Bianca! She sees everything from different eyes and brings it all together so seamlessly and smoothly! 10/10 service , I promise you that. Love you B , cannot thank you enough for the best experience and service!!!
