I believe very strongly that the things (and people) we love are what define us, and that celebrating those things - in big ways and small - is the key to a truly joyful life. That’s why I became an event planner. I want to love what you love, and celebrate the things YOU want to celebrate. As your coordinator, I vow (pun intended) to go above and beyond to give you the day you deserve. I never promise perfection, but I promise you’ll feel loved, celebrated, and cherished.

Celebrating people comes as easily to me as breathing. I will never get over the privilege it is to hold someone’s hand on the most joyful day of their lives. I will never be bored of singing Taylor Swift on the dance floor and watching a couple have the time of their lives. As your wedding coordinator, I want to be the captain of your hype squad. Let me do the things you don’t want to do, say the things you don't know how to say, and answer the questions you're sick of being asked so YOU can enjoy the fun parts of getting married!

    Chelsea is organized, detail oriented, and truly cares for her couples! I am a wedding videographer that was booked to work on a wedding that Chelsea was coordinating. Immediately upon entering the venue she took me on a full tour around the space so I would know exactly where each special moment would be. She was communicative all day long, making sure myself, other vendors, the family & guests, and most of all - the couple had everything they needed. She had a calm yet friendly and excited personality that put everyone at ease on the wedding day. She truly cares and shows up for her couples making sure everything is taken care of. I could not recommend Chelsea enough!

    We cannot say enough amazing things about Dazzling Haze and especially Chelsea—she was truly the unsung hero of our wedding weekend! From the very beginning, Chelsea brought an incredible sense of calm, organization, and creative problem-solving that made our entire celebration feel effortless and joyful. She went above and beyond—arriving the day before our wedding to finalize every detail and flawlessly run our rehearsal. She immediately took charge in the best way possible, making sure everyone knew where to be, what to do, and helped set the tone for a relaxed, fun weekend. When one of our cocktail vendors tried to back out last minute (cue the panic), Chelsea stepped in *immediately*. She handled all the communication, reassured us with confidence, and came up with a perfect solution without missing a beat. We didn’t even have to worry—she had it completely under control. If you're considering a coordinator, stop searching and hire Dazzling Haze. Chelsea is a dream to work with—professional, kind, endlessly capable, and just the kind of person you want by your side on your big day. She helped make our wedding everything we hoped for and more!

    I literally could not have gotten through our big day without Chelsea. From planning/timelines, to decor execution, vendor communication, I just literally have so much I could say about how beautifully it all came together. My caterer showed up with the wrong amount of food (didn’t use the finalized contract) and our security guard no showed us meaning no alcohol until we got someone there. Chelsea was right in there with everyone else calling and trying to get it figured out. Do not hesitate in using her as your planner or coordinator! It’s one of the most important decisions you make!
