I bring a calm, detail-oriented approach from the OR straight into wedding day logistics. With a background in surgical technology, I’ve mastered staying calm under pressure and thinking three steps ahead — skills that translate perfectly to wedding day coordination. I combine precision and organization with a warm, down-to-earth approach to ensure every detail is handled and every couple feels supported. Erica was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. From our very first conversation, she brought so much positivity, organization, and genuine care to every detail. Throughout the planning process, she was prompt, professional, and incredibly easy to communicate with. She was always one step ahead and ready with thoughtful suggestions that made the entire experience feel effortless. On the wedding day itself, Erica was truly a lifesaver. When the weather threw us a curveball, she handled everything with such calm confidence, reorganizing and coordinating on the fly to make sure the ceremony and reception were still absolutely beautiful. Erica was truly a lifesaver throughout our wedding planning and on the big day itself.
