I don’t know how anyone could get married without Jenny and her team! From our very first meeting her enthusiasm and love of weddings was clear. Before the Vows provided professional and knowledgeable coordination service for our wedding day. Jenny and her team did everything in their power to bring all our visions to reality for the big day. Their communication was quick, clear, and efficient throughout the planning process, which we greatly appreciated during an often hectic time. They created a detailed timeline that was easy for everyone to follow (tailored to bridal party and vendors) and took on communicating with all vendors so we could focus on other details. This level of service and organization was extremely valuable in making our day truly magical. On the day itself, Before the Vows handled all vendor relationships and troubleshooting so we could relax and enjoy celebrating with friends and family. I could truly relax and enjoy the day knowing the BTV team would be able to handle any issues that arose. We'd highly recommend their timely, professional services to other couples planning their big day.

We hired Before the Vows for our wedding and they made it as stress free as possible so that we could enjoy our big day! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator!

Many couples don’t realize all of the events that lead up to the wedding until they get engaged. All of these events take an incredible amount of time and energy to plan. Often, the planning responsibilities will fall on family members or friends, which can cause tension in their relationships. Your engagement season should be a fun, exciting and memorable time for everyone. Let Before the Vows plan all of these pre-wedding events & coordinate/plan your big day so you and your loved ones can enjoy your engagement season stress-free!

After you fill out the contact form, we will get back to you within 24-48 business hours. From there, we will set up a complimentary 30-minute consultation where we will learn more about you and your vision for your wedding or event. If you decide to book with us, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit to secure your date. After that, the planning will begin!

The prices outlined on our contract are the planning/coordination fees for the event. These do not include the cost of the venue, catering, decor, etc. Upon signing of the contract, we will send you an invoice and process your payment through a secure third-party payment site. 50% of the planning fee is due upon acceptance of the job and a signed contract. The other 50% is due one month prior to your event.

As soon as possible! We book an average of one year out, and our dates are first come, first serve. Each lead planner only takes on a limited number of weddings at a time to ensure each client receives the support and encouragement they need.
