With a background in weddings, a love for people, and an eye for organization, I specialize in day-of coordination that’s thoughtful, calm, and joy-filled. My goal? To handle the logistics so you can soak in every moment of your “I do.

Josie was an absolute dream to work with. From day one, she made the entire planning process feel easy, exciting, and completely stress-free. She’s personable, organized, and professional. I gave her very little direction for our accent tables, and somehow, they turned out exactly how I had imagined. I was able to fully relax and enjoy the morning with my bridesmaids knowing that Josie was already at our venue getting everything set up. When I arrived and saw how beautifully everything came together, my jaw dropped. She absolutely nailed it. Every detail was thoughtful, intentional, and exactly where it needed to be.
