A Veiled Event + Design was founded in 2021 after owner, Jesica, put together her variety of experiences, passion for planning and hospitality together. Jesica was born and raised in Charleston and has worked in almost every industry which contributes to a wedding: fine jewelry, ballroom dance, hospitality, food and beverage, men’s fashion & bridal fashion! She created her business with the vision in mind that all couples should be able to have the help to create their wedding day at a reasonable price without sacrificing the level of service received.

Our planners believe that everyone from bride and groom to their vendors deserve kindness and respect. As they say “team work makes the dream work” and we aspire to make the wedding day a pleasurable experience of a lifetime for the couple, their family/friends and our colleagues!

Description	The full wedding planning package is designed for the couple who is recently engaged! This couple is looking for a hands off approach to the wedding planning process and would like their planner to over see every detail of their event every step of the way!	Partial Planning is for the couple who has already set their wedding date, secured the venue and one or two of their vendors. This couple is ready to take the passenger seat in planning and allow their planner to guide them the rest of the way through the planning process.	This package is designed for couples who have already handled every detail of their special day and are looking for a team to pull their vision together. Booking the coordination package allows the couple to take the back seat on the day of while our team brings their vision to life and assures the day runs smoothly.

Jesica was amazing to work with. She gave me great feedback as I was a very, very hands-on bride. She was never offended or defensive with any ask or ideas that I had to offer. On the day of our wedding she was so attentive that it impressed our guests. She executed everything that I had asked to be done flawlessly! She was comforting and grounded, and helped center me. She was an immense help for breaking down decorations and gathering everything at the end of the night. Never once that I have to ask her to do anything, she saw a need and filled that need. 10 out of 10, would recommend her!

Jesica is an amazing florist and planner! She was our florist and decorator for our wedding in December 2023. Her and her team are so talented. She made our vision a reality. I am so detail oriented and particular about how I wanted my florals and decor and Jesica absolutely nailed it. She did everything we asked for and more. Jesica didn’t only provide the florals but all the candles and lanterns. Thank you so much for making our day so special. Everyone loved the flowers and decors! We got so many compliments. THANK YOU. We still can’t get over how amazing everything turned out. We can’t thank you enough!

I don’t even know where to begin, but let me say that working with Jesica was amazing! From our first phone call to the day of the wedding we felt like we were trusting a friend to pay attention to things we couldn’t. She even made the bouquets for myself and the bridesmaids along with the boutonnieres for the groom and groomsmen and the corsages given MoB and MoG. She coordinated with the rental companies and other vendors to ensure everything moved seamlessly at the beginning of the day all the way until the end of the night. Anytime I went to check on something, it was already done. Whenever given the chance, I recommend using this company to whomever asks! And if we end up renewing our vows, we will be using A Veiled Event and Design again!
