Within my style, this means your wedding photos will be amazing BUT you will also have beautiful candid and natural moments captured that you may not have noticed during your day, and you will only get a view of what I see, which is pure joy and happiness of you both being celebrated on your Big Day! It was an incredible day made all the better with Matao. I feel like it might be hard to find a photographer that *really* picks up on what you're going for and we nailed it with him. He is up for an adventure and the occasional challenge (including cellphone photographer family members, lol)! Matao's wife and assistant Danielle and second photographer Brooke were so lovely and took note of so many maybe otherwise forgotten details, things I wouldn't have even thought of as great pictures. We wanted someone with a deep connection to the city we live in and love, with a great sense of humor, and could roll with the punches and occasional quick change of plans that happen with a wedding, and we truly could not recommend him highly enough. We will treasure our photos forever.

Matao was an incredible photographer for our wedding and engagement shoot. He’s an artist and we loved his photography style but more importantly he is an incredible human. My husband and I are not ones who love to be in front of the camera but he made us feel so comfortable and took amazing photos that we can look back on forever.

Matao was such a special addition to our wedding day. We are not super comfortable in front of the camera and Matao made us all look like professionals. We are so happy with how the photos came out and would highly recommend!
